The 24-room property on the remote, southern island of Chiloé—about two hours by plane from Santiago—is an all-inclusive destination resort that does just about everything right, from traditional scratch-made apple tarts at breakfast to horseback riding along deserted stretches of coast to pisco sour cocktail hour. Rooms have wide-angle views of the bay, sumptuous beds, and rainfall showers.
