Tierra Viva Cusco San Blas

We had an excellent stay at this hotel for three nights while in Cusco. The staff is extremely friendly, caring, respectful, and helpful, especially Jose at the front desk. Our room offered a beautiful view of the San Blas neighborhood. Everything was comfortable. This hotel, with its colonial architecture, is situated on a narrow street away from the noise, yet conveniently located near San Blas Square and just a few blocks from the main square of Cusco. The breakfast buffet was very well served, providing a great energy boost for our daily activities.

Stayed here for two nights. Decent hotel on a quiet street, centrally located in the great neighborhood of San Blas. Close walk to everything. Rooms were ok, a bit dated with old carpet that didn’t seem super clean. Our toilet would routinely get stuck running, and we’d have to mess with the flush buttons in order to flush. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Great location and the hotel layout and rooms were very nice. However the main reason for the lower rating is the breakfast. It was located in a dark dingy room, and was extremely basic. This hotel could be far better if it served a decent coffee and some eggs/toast etc, and there was someone to meet you at breakfast.

If you want to stay in a comfortable clean nice A1 place this is the perfect place for you. Great stuff, well prepared. Amazing buffet breakfast.

The place is good, rooms are clean with enough space, beds are confortable and the bathroom are big and the water pressure really good and hut water.|The breakfast is buffet stile with really good food. they have patio with tables and chairs if you want to enjoy out side and a little garden in the back with reclining chairs to rest.|The hotel staff are very friendly showing always respect and they are very helpful. In the front desk always have two different kind of te for free. they made my trips tu Cusco an excellent experience every time.This is my 4th time there and we love it!

I absolutely love this hotel in the city of Cusco.|It's in a great location. Quiet and so clean, and safe. Yet so close to the main part of town. Great restaurants in the neighborhood too, and so many cute shops. I've stayed here now 3 times, it's my go to when I am in the city. The staff is also so lovely and kind, I feel very taken care of when I am there. I will definitely plan to return.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location and nice clean room. Good breakfast and you can safely leave your luggage until you comeback from Machu Picchu if needed. They were kind enough to quickly arrange an early check in for us despite being full the previous night.

This hotel is located in the heart of San Blas, surrounded by numerous boutique shops and excellent eateries. Additionally, it's just a short walk away from the Plaza de Armas. A drug store is conveniently located only a few steps away from the hotel entrance, offering same-day laundry service (drop off by 9-10 AM, pick up after 7 pm). The included breakfast every morning is good, comparable to what you would get at mid-range Hilton or Crown Plaza hotels. The rooms are bigger than expected and come with well-designed open closets, cabinets, and shelves. The bathroom is spacious, especially for a hotel in this price range. They provide reusable glass water bottles that can be refilled at the front desk. During my 4-night stay, I was always welcomed warmly by the staff every time I entered the hotel. Jimmi, the front desk staff, was particularly helpful and made me feel at home with his friendly demeanor. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay in Cusco, I would highly recommend Tierra Viva San Blas.
