Complimentary coca tea and muna tea in the lobby at all times (we desperately needed both), porters to help with bags up and down stairs (also needed with the altitude). ||The staff wqs great and the room itself was nice. ||The only drawbacks were no air conditioning and no mini fridge in the room. ||Overall, good hotel and the staff took it from good to great.

This hotel was a great home base for my trip through the Lares Valley and to Machu Picchu. The rooms were very clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the water pressure in the shower was extraordinary. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Special thanks to Zenaida for arrange a ride for me and my group to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay A Tierra Viva Cusco Saphi. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's located within walking distance to the main square and city sites. The breakfast was good and we especially enjoyed have fresh fruit every morning.

Great location, close enough to the main plaza but far enough for it to be quiet for a good night’s sleep. Filtered water available daily. Good hot shower and heater available for the cooler evenings/nights. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Well located hotel at good price. We stayed in a superior room which was huge (and the bed was sooo nice and big perfect for recovering after Salkantay) with a refurbished shower with hot water. Unfortunately, as with all rooms in this type of hotel (not the hotel issue) there’s little natural light unless you open the blinds that face directly to the patio so no privacy. Location was very good - close enough to the town centre but suuuper quiet. Only two negatives are: WiFi is poor (we stayed in two different rooms) and the breakfast as other reviews mention is not that good. If the hotel improves those things I think this is definitely a perfect hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Perfect location to stay in Cusco to visit the square and all that Cusco offers. The room was perfect for my son and me. Cozy. I would say if you are tall, I would see if they have a bigger bed. The breakfast was good. I had scrambled eggs every day which was wonderful. My favorite was the team who always smiled and there for you.

Such a perfect, clean hotel! Quiet and great stay. Cut above other hotels in Cusco. The management is so helpful with any request and the whole place is very clean and well cared for. Breakfast was great, and the coca tea being available all day was a definite plus!
