Best hotel of our two week trip! It was roomy, quiet and clean. We enjoyed the inner court yards. The location is great, only 3 blocks from the main square. The staff are friendly and super helpful.

Both stayes had a positive impact on me due to the kind staff, the rooms’ cleaness and the delicious breakfast. The rooms are large, with confortable beds. The closeness to the city centers is also a plus.

Super clean sheets, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast nice with variety. Unlimited filtered drinking water was a big plus. The staff are so helpful and when we needed to change rooms, they worked with us, especially Celimo and Jeyder who assisted in a very helpful way.

My friend and I requested an upgraded room at the hotel, for which we paid an additional $45. The upgrade was a room with one bed, not two, and had nothing but a table with one chair and not even a bottle of water. The grounds were nice but the rooms where the most basic we stayed in while in Peru.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and we had a good night's rest. Our room had a huge California King bed, and the bathroom floor was heated. So nice! The staff here are so kind and helpful. There are no elevators here and they helped bring our luggage up/down the stairs. One day I needed Pedialyte and I was unable to go to the pharmacy to get it and they were so kind to get it for me. The hotel is walking distance to the plaza for restaurants and shopping. And they have nice courtyards to sit outside.

I had a very positive experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly agreeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which made me feel welcome right away. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—peaceful, charming, and well-connected to everything I needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

A good stay but more of a motel than a hotel. The rooms are simple and fairly dated, although the bathroom seemed to be more modernized. The room was fairly clean, and the employees were very friendly. The soundproofing isn't great as most rooms open to a central courtyard, meaning you hear people getting back late and leaving first thing in the morning. Breakfast was small but good, and runs from 5am so that was helpful when leaving early, although when we went at 5:30 the hot food wasn't out yet.

The staff, particularly Celimo and Ridrigo, were so attentive and helpful with questions, directions… I would stay here for sure, if I’d come back to Cusco. |The rooms were lovely, clean and we had a view on the original Incan road out of our window. It is in a wonderful location. The food was delicious!
