Tierra Viva Miraflores Larco

Perfect location in Miraflores, easily accessible for restaurants and bars in the area and a short walk from the beach. In a very safe area on a quiet street away from the busier roads. Huge room, and a huge comfortable bed, great bathroom and hot powerful shower. Lovely fluffy towels. Very good WiFi throughout. The room was cleaned immaculately every day and towels changed. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean throughout. A very good buffet breakfast was available on the top floor. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly, and all spoke a very good level of English. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! Loved the complimentary anniversary chocolate cover strawberries and beverages waiting for us in our room when we arrived. The room was spotless, very clean, but the towels were a bit worn out. The hotel should invest in buying new towels for guests to use.

Tierra Viva is a lovely little boutique hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the nice rooms had comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Breakfast was great! Our tip for guests: book dinner at Quipas, the AMAZING restaurant next door!||We loved the proximity to Kennedy Park, the oceanside boardwalk, and great neighborhoods. Ubers found us easily, so we were able to explore much of Miraflores and Barranco with ease.

A comfy stay that’s conveniently located in Miraflores. Stayed here for a night in a November. We were only spending a day in Lima so we liked how conveniently located it was in the Miraflores neighborhood. It was a 10 minute walk to Parque Kennedy and there were plenty of cafes/restaurants nearby. There was breakfast included and you can eat outdoors or indoors. The view is mainly of buildings but it’s still nice to get fresh air. Note that there is another Tierra Viva down the street, so make sure you select the correct one when you’re looking at google maps or navigating to the hotel. There is a safe and they did provide some complimentary water bottles.

Nice hotel, quiet and good staff. Liked having the coffee pot in reception, especially for early risers like me. A short walk to the cliff front, shops and views. In a safe neighbourhood. Room was standard, with a decent shower. Would recommend.

Loved the central location of the property and nightly rate is reasonable. Restaurants are nearby and JFK Park is only a few blocks away. The hotel staff was very helpful In navigating the city and offering tips on tours. The only concern we had was noise coming from a bar nearby via the exhaust vent. Ask for a different room.

Out of all the hotels we stayed at in Peru this is our favorite. We had the unfortunate experience of having a tour we booked not show up. They tried to help us at the concierge by trying to get a hold of them for us multiple times and even helped find an alternative way for us to take the tour. We didn't take them up on the offer but it was really appreciated. I believe it was because of their help we were able to get a full refund on the tour we booked on our own. They provided us with free boxed breakfast for our tour as well, one of the only locations we've seen to offer this without charge. Shower had good water pressure and was hot! Bed was super comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Very comfortable bed, super breakfast and friendly,courteous staff. The hotel was in a great location. I was allowed to leave my luggage in storage while I went travelling for a week. Highly recommended for both solo travellers and those travelling in groups.
