Kind and helpful staff! Legamos a las diez en la manana después de diez horas de vuelo con tres aeroplanes de Oregon, EEUU. Mi pareja y yo - muchos cansados. The staff at Tierra Viva greeted us, provided us café y galletas gratis. They were also patient with broken Spanish! We were able to check in a bit early and fell to sleep immediately! UPDATE - The Wi-Fi is not great. It drops often and can't handle multiple processes. The hotel itself is very clean! It has AC and smells so delightful upon entry. It's pretty spacious and modern-looking. Breakfast is fantastic, with a buffet and other food you can order!

Clean, attractive, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast. Great coffee and tea available 24/7. Easy walking to good restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, and tourist services; not to mention a mile from a famous shopping mall and ocean views. We found everything we needed within two blocks.

I had a great stay here. They really make you feel welcome. The breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are clean and quiet. Really can't ask for more than that.

Room very clean and comfortable and in a good location. Good selection of foods for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only fault was no small refrigerator for our bottled water. And it would have been nice to be able to make ourselves a coffee during the night. There was however a coffee station down in the foyer |Overall very nice place to stay

The best hotel ever best breakfast best staff best location best bed. I was impressed I have traveled a lot and this hotel is very top notch. I felt like a queen ! If you want to have a great stay this is the place to be.

Terrific accommodation in a convenient location. Spacious, well appointed room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean & had plenty of hot water. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone. Staff was professional & friendly.
