I had the Mysore Masala Dosa here and it was absolutely incredible! The dosa was perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavorful, well-seasoned potato masala. The Mysore chutney spread inside added just the right amount of spice and depth every bite was delicious. The sambar and chutneys on the side were fresh and complemented the dosa beautifully. What truly made the experience even better was our waitress Chandu! She was so pleasant, warm, and attentive throughout the meal. She made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured everything was perfect. Her friendly attitude and great service really made the whole visit memorable. Amazing food and wonderful service

I had tried the masala dosa and filter coffee early morning around 4:30 AM. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The chutney was extremely cold, almost like it had just been taken out of a freezer, which completely spoiled the masala dosa. The sambar also tasted stale and not fresh. While I understand the timing was early morning, that cannot be used as an excuse to serve substandard food especially at a premium airport. Quality and freshness should be consistent, regardless of the hour. Overall, not a great experience. There is definite room for improvement in food quality and preparation.

The ve got the food right, the idlis right, the dosa is great, coffee can improve... and it was complimentary with the plate of idli .... even the plate and cutlery is in place ..the place looks terrific but the disappoints is the use of PLASTIC WATER BOTTLE ( understandable if the person wants it) but why place plastic water bottles on every table :(((((((( we can get drinking water if we require. Everything is indian ( south indian) when did plastic water bottles feature in our menus. Overall a pleasant experience but the PLASTIC WATER BOTTLES ( which mentioned natural water ) in plastic were a soar eye. Wale up folks with coffee in steel tumblers not PLASTIC.

Haris is our Hero ! Just landed from Ottawa my husband and I were tired, exhausted and hungry. Heading towards our gate but browsing restaurants to have our first bite at 3 am. Spotted this Tiffin Centre. We ordered the package, iddly, masala dosa, vada, with variety of Chattani. Haris came over greeted us with his beautiful smile that welcomed our hungry souls. The enthusiasm and hospitality he showed us made us reflect on teenagers back home. Respect for seniors is what India showed us at the getgo! We did not want coffee but he said " try it it's free with the package and coffee is delicious here" we could not refuse his welcoming nature. We smiled and said " for you we shall try". Haris was right. We made our first experience memorable. Food at Tiffin Centre is delicious" and not expensive for what we got. Great service to customers. Tiffin Centre you have very good employees. I had idli, vada, and coffee. The taste was good, and the restaurant staff were humble and polite. The restaurant is very well maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere and good ambience.

The Madras Chicken 65, a plate of idlis, and a cheese dosa rounded out our order. The chicken was flavorful, but a proprietary chili sauce would have elevated it from good to truly exceptional, providing a more complex and lasting impression on the palate. The idlis, however, were of a delicate texture, perfectly complemented by a generous serving of coconut chutney. But the true revelation was the Cheese Dosa. This creation was a marvel of balanced flavors, with just the right level of spice, leaving a profound desire for another serving. It was, without a doubt, the star of the show. The service was nothing short of exemplary. The staff operated with remarkable efficiency and grace, with a typical wait time of under 20 minutes. My experience was punctuated by two truly remarkable moments: 1.The manager, with commendable foresight, estimated a 20-minute preparation time for the Madras Chicken. To my pleasant surprise, it arrived in a mere 15 minutes, a testament to the kitchen's well-oiled operation. 2.As I prepared to depart, a staff member named Mandal approached me with a genuine, heartfelt farewell. He not only wished me a safe journey but also gifted me a bottle of water, stating, "Sir, your boarding gate is very far and you will fall thirsty; please accept this bottle of mineral water as a small token from us." This simple act of kindness transcended mere customer service, revealing a level of empathy and hospitality that is rarely encountered. This gesture alone solidified my impression of the restaurant and its staff. It's clear that this establishment's reputation is built on more than just its menu; it's a place where genuine care and courtesy are as much a part of the experience as the food itself. I will, without a doubt, return to this exceptional place on all future travels❤️

I happened to visit this outlet today, 25th of Feb 26 in terminal 2. We ordered our food which they were supposed to serve in 10 minutes, got delayed by more than half an hour. One of the service provider dropped the spoon down and the same she is keeping it on our table... When I asked for complaint book, they informed nothing is available. Then the manager came and apologised. Cleanliness is next to nil for the exorbitant prices. People be aware...
