I’ve been using Tiger Brokers for some time now, and overall the experience has been quite solid. The app is easy to understand, and I don’t feel stressed using it even when markets are busy. Everything is laid out clearly, so it’s easier to make decisions without rushing.

Terrible experience and complete lack of transparency! The verification process is a nightmare: the app says "verification successful," you get hopeful and try to log in – only to see "verification failed – wait 48 hours." You wait patiently, but days (even weeks) later it's still the same story. No clear explanation, no real support, just vague "please wait" messages. This feels like deliberate stalling to keep new users hooked while they prioritize existing ones. Too many customers, easy commissions flowing in, and suddenly customer service becomes an afterthought. It's frustrating and wastes enormous time. I switched to other brokers where verification is fast and honest – no games, no endless delays. Strongly advise avoiding Tiger Brokers unless you enjoy uncertainty and poor support. Save your nerves and go elsewhere!
