Myself and my partner were lucky enough to book this hotel just a few days before we were due to arrive as we secured last minute tickets to Oasis (woop woop!), with it being so last minute, we stayed in a Classic Double as this was the only room type left.||Room review:|I had no idea what to expect from the room as there wasn’t much pictures of our room type on the website so I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to find PINK decor (if you know me you’ll know I would have been in my element with this). For a full room tour, check out my reel on Instagram - @sls_seasipsavour||The room was spacious and had a decent sized wardrobe, HUGE bed, coffee machine, TV, great selection in the chargeable mini bar and complimentary water at each side of the bed.||The bathroom was also a decent size and I love how the shower section was a big wet room. The bathroom with stocked with Laura Thomas co. toiletries (these were lovely!!) and the room also had robes and slippers for us both which was a nice touch!||We were on a 1st floor room, so we did hear a little bit of music from downstairs, but it's only because we were awake at the time after getting back from the concert. It didn't bother us in the slightest and the corridor was super quiet so that was a bonus.||The hotel was in a great location and wasn't super crowded or noisy in the surrounding streets. It's within walking distance from the Castle, Train station, St James' Quarter and the tram station on princess street. If you're looking for great shopping, plenty restaurants and bars nearby - this is a great base to stay!||I had seen a few reviews mentioning the decor in a negative light and I found it to be the complete opposite - I LOVED it! It was vibrant, fun and inviting. We did head down to the bar before the concert to have a few drinks and managed to get a seat at the bar, the staff were great and the service was quick considering it was so busy! It really is a place for everyone, we are in our mid 20's and found there was a huge range of ages in there in the afternoon. Next time we will have to come back and try the food - it looks great!||TOP TIP - if you stay at the hotel during the fringe festival, you get free wristbands which give you access to cheap cocktails and food from selected bars and restaurants in the area!
