Great large well equipped house. Good situation beside Tay. Walks nearby.

We were welcomed into this beautiful home and were very pleased with our suite. The bed was a bit small, but it was comfy. There was a sitting area for tea. The best part was a small room with the toilet and sink and an entirely separate room (that was huge) with a sink, bathtub/shower and dressing table. It made getting ready for dinner and again in the morning so much easier for the two of us! Breakfast was delicious as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, across from a river (with a riverwalk!) but it isn't all that far to walk downtown for dinner and drinks. It's also relatively close to the Rob Roy Way, and they welcome hikers despite how nice the home is. The tub was huge and make for a great soak for our tired muscles.

Enjoyed the loveliest night here, had this lovely view out the window. The fruit salad and fresh orange juice in the morning were particularly delicious (the variety of fruit in the fruit salad was amazing!), but it was all really good. I realised a couple of hours after leaving that I had left my charger in the room and I called and they took it on to my next B’n’B! (I was walking and had no car). Above and beyond what I expected and they were so hospitable. Definitely recommend.

We had the place to ourselves almost as it was over a snowy end of December period. The hosts were super friendly, the room large and the house warm and cosy for a winters evening. Great breakfast and plenty to do within walking distance I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this delightful and welcoming B&B. Immaculately kept charming accommodation set in beautiful gardens overlooking the Tay. The high quality breakfast was excellent too. Would definitely stay there again!

We have no hesitation at all in recommending this B&B - even though we only spent one night there in August 2017, we were warmly welcomed, the accommodation was excellent and the breakfast was tops. A great location and everything you could ask for. Thank you Victoria

Such a lovely place, really warm friendly hosts. They let dogs in the summer house and they looked after our party of 8 really well. The food was excellent, and it's in a really great central location. Would highly recommend if!

Really nice place good breakfast. Bed a bit hard for me but we took our guide dog puppy with us and all was well brilliant views good place to stay
