Popped by on a Sunday afternoon to try their Sunday Roast specials. The food was a little pricey but tasted amazing. Chips that comes with the fish and chips are flat and crispy, which you'll love if you like only the crispy part of normal fries. The batter on the fish isn't too thick, so it's not too filling and also allows the fish to shine. The roast beef was cooked perfectly and is served with pesto. The whole set (with brussel sprouts, potatoes and pumpkin mash, Yorkshire pudding) is great for sharing. The interior is dark, but it's clean and feels cozy. The humor of one of the staff is a little odd but nothing that makes you feel uncomfortable. Will definitely be returning!

It was good service, the food was very yummy and well portioned. The rarebit was a treat! The child-sized fish and chips was perfect for my light and very picky eater - she finished it all. The sides for roast beef Sunday Roast were fantastic, the Brussel sprouts were tasty, dripping with fat. The Yorkshire pudding perfect. The beef was delicious and well cooked. Some 'small' critical feedback - the beef was very fatty and they had NO red wine, at 12:30 on a Sunday. Since I don't drink white, it was beer or cocktail with the roast. Also no apple juice for the child's meal (on the menu). Nonetheless, we enjoyed and all reasonably priced (well, not much booze as intended) for Singapore. (It was a toss-up how to rate, but no red wine from the menu in stock at all, and limited drinks for the minors, is a bit of a fail.)

Wonderful meal. The fusion flavors applied just make the dishes so unique and special! I was especially impressed at the speed of delivery and attention to detail from the staff. Also if you go on Thursdays they have a cocktail special, buy three cocktails get a shot on the house! We had a great time at Butcher Boy!

Always a favorite of mine to have lunch at Butcher Boy. An Asian twist to a contemporary western meal, every dish from this place is well balanced between the sweetness and spice of Asian flavors yet returning the freshness and feel of an Aussie-like brunch place. Always a hit for me is the pastrami, flavorful, super soft and melt in your mouth - all without feeling too oily in your stomach. Edamame hummus with their burrata, as well, a top order from my wife and I, sweetness of the tomato pairs surprisingly well with the rest of the dish. I’m always surprised that this place is not packed during lunch. I know their Sunday roasts are famous but give this place a shot for lunch, you won’t regret it!

I was eager to try their Sunday roast as I’ve been craving one for ages! Whilst it does look very appetizing I found the food was a little salty. The Yorkshire pudding was delicious! The vibe and staff was great!

Naresh and Raj were so hospitable throughout our whole dinner. They took care of us well, always checking up on our food. We really had good banter which made the whole Sunday roast experience. Will definitely be back!

We previously had pies at the pop up experience. Lots of crowd which meant long waiting times, mix up of orders and at times cold pies. After our review, The pie monger reached out to provide for a new fresh batch of pies and Tilly’s also reached out to invite us for a meal. Appreciate the kind gesture and service recovery and the receptiveness to feedback is refreshing and heartwarming. Thank you team.
