I went in and found some sandals I liked and went to the register to pay. However when I used my card nothing happened and the girl behind the counter didn't say what was going on she just looked stupid. Another worker there then called the manager for no reason because they could have just took me to another machine. Shortly after, when the manager came she had whispered "does she not have any money or something to the girl behind the counter. I'll have you know I did have money. Nobody was saying anything they were just all looking at the screen. I had to use my card a total of 3 times. If my card wasn't working 3 times they should've had me to go to another machine not just stand there and do nothing. I'm pretty sure they just wanted me to leave and not get anything. I think this was just very poor customer service, because I asked the manager "is it my card or is it the machine?" But she was just looking at me stupid and didn't say anything. This place needs to be checked and have workers that respond to the customers because the customer is always right.

There is a table marked as buy one get one half off. We got 4 tee shirts from that exact table. Suddenly two of the shirts are not part of the sale. These places are very maliciously deceitful with their advertising

Associate kept following me around the store and asked me a trillion questions after I had already told her I was just looking around . Made me feel like they thought I was going to steal something. Maybe that wasn’t her intention but it made me feel really uncomfortable.

I generally have a good experience here, but this weekend was terrible. Poor marketing execution and customer service. My fiancee and I picked out alot of cute items to purchase, but when we got to checkout, nothing ranged up as signed. We even had one of salesmen assist us in shopping and the salesmen concurred that the signs were advertising one thing but not ringing up on sale. The obvious right thing would be to honor what is being advertised, but instead the manger and cashier shrugged it off and said it was nothing they could do. It wasn't just us either, other people in line where experiencing the same issues. Extremely disaapointed.

Ray is the BESTTT!!! I was only there for my friend and wasn’t planning on buying anything. Ray got me sold on shoes and was pretty much our best friend the entire time we were there. He wasn’t pushy. He was awesome!! Ray needs to be promoted so he can teach the rest how it’s done.

Worst shopping experience ever. They treat everyone as a thief and provide terrible service. Things must change in order for me to go back to this location. Also marking up prices with a sticker is not good.

Another woke store make your money without being a sheep

I went in Tilly's with one of my good friends and the blonde girl who helped us and checked us out was soo nice she was amazing I wish I knew her name so I could give her credit but she was so sweet

My 11 yr old daughter, her friend, and I were at Tillys Shops of Wiregrass, Wesley Chapel, Florida last night 1/28/24. She was excited to use her Visa gift card which was a Christmas gift. She wanted me to hang back so she could feel like a big kid and shop. She and her friend grabbed a few things to try on. They politely asked a female employee (black hair, black top, tattoos) if they can please have a fitting room. The employee told them that "she doesn't have time for this little kid shit" and walked away. I was about to approach the employee and realized that it would be a pointless conversation seeing as she already swore at my child. Needless to say she spent her Christmas money elsewhere.

I had initially called Tilly's at the Wiregrass after scoping out their women's selection of sandals-I found many pairs that I had loved but was set on finding a pair of women's Rainbow Flirty Braidy in dark brown because they are amazing and all this California girl ever wears! I rang Tilly's first thing this morning and a young gal by the name of Hannah had answered-right off the bat she was charismatic, professional and down to help. I inquired about product availability on a few different pairs of sandals there in this particular store location...within just a couple of minutes she popped back on the phone and had my Rainbow's in stock and offered to hold them upfront-AWESOME! A few hours later my husband and I had made it in and was graciously helped by not only Hannah but Jennifer as well. The gals had my Rainbow's up at the front counter, so we went ahead and roamed aimlessly for jewelry, men's apparel, Vans, blah blah blah...basically anything that we dug and wanted! The entire time that my husband and I were there both Jennifer and Hannah were completely available, helpful and talkative- I have to admit that our convo's organically became really refreshing because it turned into random crap that wasn't really relevant but completely embraced. Randomly, Jennifer had mentioned that she had visited Huntington Beach, Ca just a couple of weeks prior for a company (Tillys) event...the "random" part of all of that is the fact that Huntington Beach, Ca is where I was born n' raised. It was rad to see Jennifer's face light-up while she was telling us about her trip. Clearly, I love ramble but hands down these 2 girls were pretty damn awesome and great representatives of Tilly's. By the time that we had left I literally felt like I had a couple of new girlfriends....and my husband was hoping for some pillow fighting...in slow motion...not joking...and I'm totally ok with that! Thank you Hannah and Jennifer for your sweet personalities!! GO TO TILLY'S!!!
