Tim & Sebastian's - Specialty Coffee Roastery

Unfortunately I’m not happy about coffee beans from Ethiopia I bought. Beans are totally underdeveloped and when I let the roasters know by social media they just wrote they will check. And nothing more. They didn’t answer after “check it” :) coffee in taste is flat, in smell is corn 🌽. The rate on google maps is unreal. I’m not happy.

The coffee was something different - in the good way- tasty, full body and pleasent aftertaste. I can say one the best cup of coffee I have had in Cologne. I highly recommend it.

Great coffee that will satisfy the most demanding coffee enthusiast. Fast delivery, freshly hand roasted, friendly and helpful staff.

I just love their coffee - especially my Jacky filter in the morning! Highly recommended!!

Best beans in town.

Gerne hätte ich dort einen Kaffee mit Namen Yves bestellt. Dieser ist auf der Homepage nicht zu finden. Habe versucht per Mail Kontakt aufzunehmen. Leider keine Rückmeldung . Nach diversen (!) Versuchen dort telefonisch Auskunft zu bekommen. Leider war dort heute eine freundliche aber nicht hilfreiche Mitarbeiterin, die mir nicht weiterhelfen konnte. SCHADE !
