Well, let’s face it: I expected nothing and was still disappointed. The employe was rude and it took him several attempts to understand my order. His replies were harsh and it made me feel uncomfortable. To my question, which wrap would be vegetarian, he just answered: “It’s just these wraps without the chicken.” As if it was common sense and everyone was supposed to know the Tim Horton’s menu by heart. Once ordered, it took what felt like an eternity to get my wrap and I can honestly say: I only give two stars because the meal was hot. Moreover, the store was dirty and not very welcoming. Will not be returning here…

Ordered ahead. Order was mostly ready when we went to pick it up. All items we ordered were good. Staff was friendly, but they seemed a little confused with the large amount of mobile orders they had waiting.

Nice staff and the Steak Supreme was delicious but a lot of homeless people tend to beg for money inside the restaurant and at the entrance.

Hi, I love the night staff named Mike. He is so kind, polite, and he makes me feel safe in the restaurant at late hours of the night and early hours of the morning by bringing a good attitude and a smile. He has a good willingness to work. He is the best employee ever! Way to go!
