Timboon Fine Ice Cream

We saw many recommendations for this place and decided to stop by. After sampling a few flavours, we weren’t disappointed. We ordered a double scoop in a cone, choosing the honeycomb (their best seller) and mint chocolate, both were really good. We also tried Cookies & Cream and Salted Caramel, but they didn’t quite stand out as much as the flavours we eventually chose. The scoops were very generous compared to many other places, we haven’t had portions that big in a long time. It honestly made us feel like kids again.

The ice cream was SUPERB. Really nice, with plenty of flavours. This is the first time ever I got ice cream and regret that I didn't take more scoops because it was so good. You can try as many samples as you like before you choose the flavour. They have seasonal special Ice cream as well. There are little shelves with other local products like chocolate fudge from Farm Fudge. You can also buy a take away ice cream in a tub. Another special thing here is dog ice cream. Yes, ice cream for your dog. Many people come with their dog and the dogs enjoy their ice cream so it must be good. You can sit inside and play some boardgame or outside in little benches at the park.

A place you must visit. They have variety of ice creams. We tried several of these. All are equally very tasty. They are the only people that make ice cream for dogs. We gave our little doggies a treat there and took a to give them at home. Parking is not difficult. The place is wheel chair accessible and wash rooms for all.

Interesting flavors and a variety of sizes. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and space to run around. Generally a nice atmosphere near the rail trail and other shops.

Ordered a honeycomb ice cream ($7, in a cup) and it was really good! Creamy, rich, and the honeycomb pieces added a perfect crunch and sweetness. A simple treat, but definitely hits the spot if you’re in the area.

The flavours here are incredible! I tried the Mango and the Rum & Raisin – both were absolutely delicious. The ice cream was wonderfully creamy, with the sweetness balanced just right, making it really enjoyable without being overpowering. A definite highlight of my visit, and I’ll surely be back again!

Great spot for ice cream! There’s a good selection of flavours, not a huge range but enough variety with some unique options. The ice cream itself is quite good! The seating area is nice too, with both indoor and outdoor seating, plus a few lollies and treats you can buy on the side. It’s also dog-friendly, and they even have ice cream for doggos 🐶🍦 If you walk over the bridge through the back, there’s a park/playground just a couple of minutes behind the shop, perfect for little ones or a picnic lunch. Overall, a lovely place to stop and enjoy a treat!

Customer service requires improvement. The ice-cream selection online had many options compared to the instore selection. Online it also said you can taste as many flavours before deciding. I asked for a taster and was told no tasting available. Ice-cream was ordinary.

Oh my goodness: GO! It's delectably delicious and they will let you taste the flavors. Just go. For any lover of high end ice cream (people: I am so picky that I make my own). Just go. The quality is outstanding, Some of the flavors are novel (and super tasty). They are super serious about ice cream. Deeeeeeeelicious! (Plus we hope you had lunch at Fat Cow Food Co, down the street bec we loved that place too!).

Wow! If you like ice cream this is a great stop. I had Musk and Orange Cardamom. Excellent! Passion fruit Meringue also amazing.
