Built into an old fire station, first thing I noticed when I came in was the railroad-style interior that isn't narrow. Great store, with a minimal design that makes the product accessible and fun to engage with.
The staff here are friendly, straightforward, and attentive to the customer's needs when it comes to selecting the right bag. I was helped promptly and courteously on my visit, and they provided me with a lot of information about how to wear the bags and what they're designed to be best used for.
The bags themselves are good products. I've owned a handful myself, and never been disappointed. They span a fairly wide price range, and while their lower end is a little high compared to department store junk, it'll last for a very long time and feel like it was designed with care. You get what you pay for. I'd obviously recommend visiting here.
