We had an incredible experience working with Jenna! I had never used a travel agent before, but planning a honeymoon to Southern Africa required expertise beyond what I was comfortable handling on my own. Jenna was extremely responsive to our questions throughout the planning process and listened carefully to what we were looking for, revising our custom itinerary until it was just right. The sequence of the itinerary and the lodges—Motswari and Simbavati Hilltop (a surprise upgrade!) in South Africa, and Old Drift Lodge in Zimbabwe—was absolutely perfect. We were able to see the Big Five and had so many unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime wildlife experiences. The entire trip was exactly what we hoped for and truly a 10/10 experience. As we start thinking about our next big adventure, we’ll definitely be using Jenna and Timbuktu Travel again if possible.
