It was an informative and engaged full day sourdough workshop where you can share your own sourdough experience and had your doubts explain by Ed using science and experience. His techniques and recipes had certainly helped us in achieving the desired sourdough that every Baker wished for.

Love this affordable giant est 700gm sourdough. Crusty crust (it won’t break ur teeth) and the moist slight chewy Centre. I froze a few fresh cut slices and after toasting it is still moist and chewy in the Centre! Pls keep it affordable so we eat regularly!

Lovely sourdough bread from this home baker. The black sesame yuzu loaf was perfectly crisp on the outside, chewy and airy on the inside, and fragrant with hints of intriguing flavors!

I attended the Sourdough workshop at time2rise bakery as I wanted to know and learn more about how to bake a loaf of good sourdough bread. I have no experience in baking at all and Ed (the instructor) was super detailed and super patient with me. Explained in details and share a lot of good knowledge and tips about sourdough bread making. I was super happy with my own bake at the end of the workshop. With Ed’s guidance and the sharing of the students in his community I am sure I will continue to enjoy my sourdough bread making journey.
