Room was clean, modern and spacious. The bathroom was huge with shower and bath, plus completely separate toilet room. The only things that I didn't like it this hotel was a modest but pricey breakfast (eat all you want, but little choice, for €17p/p) and lack of restaurant or bar. After walking all day it would be nice to just sit down in a hotel lobby. But that's just being picky, ss there are plenty of restaurants in this area anyway.

Travelled as a family of 4 with 13 and 16 year old, had a connecting room which was great really spacious. Beds were very comfy. This was our base and we visited DLP and saw the sights Eiffel tower etc which are easy to get to from this hotel as the metro is only 2 mins away. We walked to the Eurostar which was a 30 mins easy walk using Google maps. Location is brilliant the area is very busy at night but due to the hotel being set back away from the road it is very quiet and you don't hear or see anything. Yes there are lots of sex shops etc on the main strip as you would expect but you fell perfectly safe and lots of families are walking around however we did not go out after 10 pm we were too tired. Breakfast was great to set us up for the day, I am vegan and plenty of choice available and plenty of cereals, bacon, egg pastries pancakes, yogurt fruit hot drinks fruit juices and it was constantly being re stocked. Staff were all very friendly. I would recommend this hotel. I must admit when I first walked upto the hotel it is being a secure key code gate and you can't really see the hotel I thought "oh no" but it was a delight and benefits from being set back from the main road so it is quite.

It's a budget hotel, so the room is very small and you can't expect much. Buy my experience was exceptional! I arrived very early in the morning and they gave me a room, so I could have a nice morning sleep before exploring Paris. Thanks so much for making my Paris trip perfect!

Staff is friendly, the bed was comfortable, the location was kkay6 and the breakfast was okay. However, this place seriously lacks jn general hygiene. Nothing about our room was clean. The toilet was stained, the shower was covered in stains and hair, carpet was dirty, curtains were stained, room was covered in dust, wallpaper was torn, bedding was ripped, room smelt without the AC. The pictures make the room look very clean however, the room is nothing like the pictures. I have never felt so uncomfortable staying in a hotel. I thought because we booked a 4 star hotel there would be a hygiene standard but I have honestly stayed in budget hotels with higher cleanliness standards. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, especially if you care about your hygiene. We had to cover the toilet in tissue to use it, we had to use sandals in the shower and we didn't unpack because we did not want our clothes to touch anything.

The hotel was a good location for visiting main sites of Paris, lots of restaurants nearby, though agree with other reviews that maybe not ideally situated for children given the local sex shops. Beds were comfortable though pillows were not! Room was acceptably clean, bathroom was very clean. Nice large room for our family and appreciated separating door in the family room. Breakfast was disappointing - for a four star hotel I had hoped for greater choice, more fresh fruit etc. kids enjoyed it though! Generally hotel felt like it could do with a revamp, a little tired. Staff were v kind and helpful so good service and we really appreciated the parking. ||Some points of improvement:|Provide guests with code to access through gate by email before arrival as we and several others were waiting some time with our car outside the gate and could not get in. |If anything can be done to improve soundproofing of the rooms that would be great as we could hear our neighbours v loudly and were conscious of our children and not wanting to disturb others too.|Breakfast needs improvement as not 4 star quality.||That being said we had a good stay and it suited our needs for 2 nights while we visited the site.

Coming from a family that travels frequently and has stayed in many 4-star hotels, I would not consider this one to meet that standar, it feels more like a 3-star experience.||||Please, please check the inner ring of the toilet bowl, it has disgusting stains and smells strongly of urine. While the bed comforter appeared clean, I did find hair on it, which was unsettling.||||Most hotels are moving away from filthy carpets, and I hope this one considers doing the same. The breakfast was poor, consider adding sausages, bacon, potatoes to improve the offering.||||On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. When I booked the room through the website, the pictures shown were very different from what I received upon arrival. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited, and the eggs were not cooked properly, leaving much to be desired. The air conditioning in my room was also not functioning well, making it uncomfortably warm. Given the price I paid, I feel that the experience did not live up to expectations.

Hole-in-the wall location. Hotel is behind a decrepit gate that requires a code to enter. Indicates that the neighborhood is sketchy.|Most staff are friendly but some are outright nasty. Hotel policy is that hot and cold drinks are available “at all hours.”|Apparently that doesn’t apply to the coffee machine. I went to get hot water from it and the desk clerk came running out and told me I couldn’t use it. As I’d already taken the water, he asked me for my room number and charged me for it. |The worst part was his NASTY attitude.
