We stayed at Timhotel for two nights during our road trip from Switzerland to Paris, and overall we were very happy with our choice. One of our main concerns was parking, since many hotels in Paris don’t have their own parking spaces. 🚗Timhotel does have private parking, and it’s secure. There is an electric gate that locks the entrance to both the hotel and the parking area, which made us feel very safe — especially when arriving with a car in a busy city like Paris. Just make sure to reserve a parking spot in advance. We called before making our booking and the staff member on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly when we arrived. A small minus:➖ the room is a bit compact, but perfectly fine for two people. We knew what we were booking, so we honestly don’t understand why some guests complain. It’s not a holiday resort — it has everything a proper city hotel should offer. The biggest plus ➕is definitely the location. There are plenty of restaurants right downstairs, the neighbourhood is lively, and it really gave us that “Paris nightlife city” feeling. We loved it. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris, especially if you’re driving.❤️❤️❤️❤️👍

The location is excellent — just a 2-minute walk from the Moulin Rouge, around 20 minutes on foot from Galeries Lafayette, and about 17 minutes from Sacré-Cœur. The rooms are clean, and we had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast is quite basic, with limited options, but the staff is friendly and the hotel feels very safe and well secured.

Location is absolutely perfect! ||||Hotel is supposed to be 4 stars but stayed in 1 star hotels that looked better.||Rooms are ok but a little outdated, bathroom is great and clean public space like entrance looks great, also entrance is very Parisian.||||Staff is amazing, I would give them 4 stars instead of the hotel itself.

Room was clean, modern and spacious. The bathroom was huge with shower and bath, plus completely separate toilet room. The only things that I didn't like it this hotel was a modest but pricey breakfast (eat all you want, but little choice, for €17p/p) and lack of restaurant or bar. After walking all day it would be nice to just sit down in a hotel lobby. But that's just being picky, ss there are plenty of restaurants in this area anyway.

Staff is friendly, the bed was comfortable, the location was kkay6 and the breakfast was okay. However, this place seriously lacks jn general hygiene. Nothing about our room was clean. The toilet was stained, the shower was covered in stains and hair, carpet was dirty, curtains were stained, room was covered in dust, wallpaper was torn, bedding was ripped, room smelt without the AC. The pictures make the room look very clean however, the room is nothing like the pictures. I have never felt so uncomfortable staying in a hotel. I thought because we booked a 4 star hotel there would be a hygiene standard but I have honestly stayed in budget hotels with higher cleanliness standards. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, especially if you care about your hygiene. We had to cover the toilet in tissue to use it, we had to use sandals in the shower and we didn't unpack because we did not want our clothes to touch anything.

This hotel is terrible!! We had booked a room with two single beds, however they gave us a room with double bed. The room was near the reception, and not on a floor as it should be. It looked more like a storage room on the outside. When we mentioned this issue, they tried to make us appear crazy (gaslighting) by saying that we never booked a room with a double bed. What is worse is that this room was awful: we found terrible old carpets and doors and an oldfashioned decoration that resembled the 70', while some of the walls were worn, with pieces having fallen apart. Of course no question about extra things in the bathroom like slippers.Breakfast was very poor and the breakfast room small. A terrible experience, this hotel shouldn't be 4 stars but 3 stars in the best case. Do not fall in the trap and avoid it at all costs!!

The hotel was a good location for visiting main sites of Paris, lots of restaurants nearby, though agree with other reviews that maybe not ideally situated for children given the local sex shops. Beds were comfortable though pillows were not! Room was acceptably clean, bathroom was very clean. Nice large room for our family and appreciated separating door in the family room. Breakfast was disappointing - for a four star hotel I had hoped for greater choice, more fresh fruit etc. kids enjoyed it though! Generally hotel felt like it could do with a revamp, a little tired. Staff were v kind and helpful so good service and we really appreciated the parking. ||Some points of improvement:|Provide guests with code to access through gate by email before arrival as we and several others were waiting some time with our car outside the gate and could not get in. |If anything can be done to improve soundproofing of the rooms that would be great as we could hear our neighbours v loudly and were conscious of our children and not wanting to disturb others too.|Breakfast needs improvement as not 4 star quality.||That being said we had a good stay and it suited our needs for 2 nights while we visited the site.

Travelled as a family of 4 with 13 and 16 year old, had a connecting room which was great really spacious. Beds were very comfy. This was our base and we visited DLP and saw the sights Eiffel tower etc which are easy to get to from this hotel as the metro is only 2 mins away. We walked to the Eurostar which was a 30 mins easy walk using Google maps. Location is brilliant the area is very busy at night but due to the hotel being set back away from the road it is very quiet and you don't hear or see anything. Yes there are lots of sex shops etc on the main strip as you would expect but you fell perfectly safe and lots of families are walking around however we did not go out after 10 pm we were too tired. Breakfast was great to set us up for the day, I am vegan and plenty of choice available and plenty of cereals, bacon, egg pastries pancakes, yogurt fruit hot drinks fruit juices and it was constantly being re stocked. Staff were all very friendly. I would recommend this hotel. I must admit when I first walked upto the hotel it is being a secure key code gate and you can't really see the hotel I thought "oh no" but it was a delight and benefits from being set back from the main road so it is quite.
