First timer, I had been wanting to check this place out but never had the chance to. I liked it! My visit was nice and relaxed, shortly after 5pm so it was pretty slow. Nice waitress, clean place, modern music playing all around good stuff. They have 2 sections to the restaurant I believe I sat in the front lower section I didn't realize they had another section until I was leaving and heard someone talking about sitting in the back upper section. The caldo tmde rez (beef soup) was delicious. I can only assume it was reheated but even then it was absolutely delicious the rice that comes with the soup on the side was a bit tough but once I threw it into the soup broth it became part of that deliciousness this is the reason for me only giving it 4 stars, the soup was warm and not hot. I could have sent it back, but it was fine as is. I could tell that whomever made it knew their caldo de rez. It came with everything I wanted, especially some nice big old pieces of meat, corn tortillas on the side. This made for some great taquitos alomg with their tasty green salsa. The do provide salsa and chips, always a plus! Their lemonade was good as well. I don't feel it was fresh, another reason for the 4 stars. I did order pollo a la mexicana burro on the side, thw soup was plenty so i asked them to pack it to go, they had also forgot to asd beans but they tool care of it and sent me on my way. The waitress was very nice and gave me a water to go since I had asked her for a glass of water right before I left, Overall I was very happy they are not perfect but I definitely recommend checking out this place, a lot of food optios, daily lunch and all day specials. Great prices on the food. 2 THUMBS way UP, EAT LOCAL!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Never again will visit this restaurant. We were a party of five and only received one small container of chips and salsa. We asked for a second portion but it took a long time to get it. One of the chip basket had pieces of paper straw in it which was stained with something of red color. When we received our food they brought us four plated which were very dirty. When I asked for clean plates the server indicated that she did see one plate was dirty but then I showed her the four dirty plates and then she apologized. I am not sure why she gave us the plates knowing that at least one was dirty. The tripitas parrida was the worst we ever had and was served hard tortillas like they were recycled from another table. The seafood carnival plate for two did no have any flavor at all. We left most of the food. My son order a medium rate rybeye steak it was overcooked, dry, hard, and without flavor. Whe paying my bill I was asked how was everything and responded that it was not great. I was asked to explain and when I did the lady indicated that she never had a customer indicate that they did not enjoy the food. She blamed it all on the cook and said she was going to let him know. The food was not worth the $100+ I spent. If you want to have a bad experience and eat the worst food ever feel free to try this place.

Steak taco was good, menudo was great, seafood soup broth is flavorful and not too sour unlike the other location. Nice service. Shrimp and steak kebab is below average, avoid.

Service was appalling. Waitress was so rude she ruined the entire experience. We were three people and ordered three dishes. Each dish was served ten minutes apart. The potatoes came not as we had asked. She tried to take one off our plate that we had started when she brought the new ones. She did not bring knives. When to asked bring knives she walked away. When we went to pay she asked WHAT RELIGION we were. The food was not good. The atmosphere was drab. The place used to be very lovely and cozy when it was under a different name and owners Total bill, $75.00. A lot of money for a lot of abuse.

The combination between see f and Mexican food is great

I don't know about the others but ever since the first time I went to this restaurant I've been going back almost every other week. I been very satisfied with the food cleanness of the restaurant specially the service from the good looking waitress. The waitress are very attentive.

In might have been my first visit, but it won't be my last. I went with three friends and we all had something different and we all were extremely satisfied.

Crappy greeting, waitress seemed mad at us idk how that was possible, soup was so cold. The shrimp was undercooked, also something we couldn't understand. Rice was hard, silverware was dirty, got charged extra for another tortilla. Vibe was cool, beans and meat were good but definitely will not be back.

Delicious home made Mexican food I love the flautas, beans, rice. Service was very quick and friendly The ambiance was very relaxing had live music when I went it was great

Overall experience was good just a little hiccup with our undercooked Luke warm baked potatoe . Took our friends for the first time and they were pleased and loved the flavor of the food Guacamole was delicious

All I teams are delicious speculators like the Mexican plates. The service is also really good.
