Incredibly diligent and professional staff. The country house is just what you want from a genuine authentic country house, lots of treasures and great spots to sit and relax. Kid friendly although we didn't have enough time to explore the grounds fully.

We got married in May at Tinakilly and couldn't recommend it more as a wedding venue. Firstly, the place is absolutely gorgeous! We fell in love with the vintage charm of the house and gardens. We were keen to have each part of our day in a different area of our venue which Tinakilly was ideal for. We got married in May and were able to have our dream of an outdoor ceremony come true, it was breathtaking. Our drinks reception was between the house and gardens, with some of the indoor furniture brought outside which brought a really gorgeous flow to that part of the day. Then we had THE most gorgeous meal followed by dancing in the Pavillion. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better day! We also had our Day 2 in the house and it was fantastic with plenty of food and drinks for our guests. From the first day we stepped foot in Tinakilly, to the middle organisation bit to our wedding day, we were welcomed and so taken care of by the fantastic staff. Thanks to Emma, Roisin, Chloe, Norma, AB and Marion for being so brilliant. Special shoutout to AB who was our guiding light on the day, making sure we were hydrated and popping in to say when it was best to chat to our guests during the meal, along with many other helpful moments! Those things are so appreciated when you're in the flow of enjoying the day. If you have the pleasure of dealing with AB for your big day, count your lucky stars and take it from us that you can trust everything he says. The man is a pro! We had the most brilliant time, thank you all ♥️

We had our wedding in Tinakilly in August this year and it was the most perfect day. From start to finish everything ran so smoothly and they couldn’t have done anymore for us. From our very first viewing until we checked out we were made to feel completely at ease. There was no pressure and Emma was brilliant and very patient with all of our queries. A special thanks to AB who made us feel so special and at home on the day. It’s such a stunning venue and all of the guests complimented the food and the grounds. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything better and I can’t recommend Tinakilly and the wedding team, especially AB and Emma enough. If you’re thinking of booking Tinakilly don’t hesitate you won’t regret it! Thanks again guys.

Everything was good. Tucked away location perfect for exclusivity. Characteristic main house. Banquet is very inviting. Food tasted good and drinks options available at the bar inside the banquet hall. Wedding Package is good too. Wedding reception activities especially outside the garden across the banquet hall was the highlight for me which was during the Couple's 1st Dance. Made the Wedding Reception Night extra special and memorable. Improvement required with one Banquet Manager Staff on Duty ( during the night of the 13th September Wedding Reception ) named A.B. (think that's his name he gave us) who unfortunately lacked proper Guest Service Etiquette and highly recommend to undergo more Customer training improvement course perhaps. Over-all the Wedding Reception Night was good.

Beautiful old manor house in County Wicklow, in a secluded, tranquil area away from any road noise. The decor throughout the house is quite grand, there are a few different function rooms inside, as well as a large restaurant and a small one. Service was lovely and the food great. Recommend fish of the day. Very tasty. You can stay overnight as well. The gardens are just beautiful, and well kept. There is a party/function room close to the main house, perfect for a gathering or party. Lunch options from Wednesday to Sunday, dinner Wed-the weekend.

Booked in a whim, great location for exploring the Wicklow mountains, we felt right at home. A fine late-Victorian home that has retained much of its original character, despite extensive extensions. Personally I would have liked to see more about the original owner reflected in the theme of the decor; Captain Rbt. Halpin was a remarkable seaman, who successfully ran the Union blockades during the American Civil War, supplying the Confederates; and captained the largest and heaviest ship ever built, Brunel's Great Eastern, laying the first telecommunication cables across the world's oceans.

We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out at Tinakilly!||We began our venue search two years before the big day, and from the very start, Róisín and Emma were absolutely incredible. They were warm, professional, and genuinely excited for us. After several calls and conversations, we always felt confident and supported—they truly put us at ease and made the entire planning process feel personal and smooth. Their passion for what they do really shows, and we’re so grateful to have worked with them.||On the wedding day itself, the entire staff was an absolute dream. They never missed a beat—fun, composed, professional, and incredibly kind. We were blown away by the level of care and attention from start to finish. A special thank you to AB, who was so courteous and completely on top of everything, especially with the meals and coordination throughout the day.||Marion, thank you for taking such tender, loving care of us on the morning of the wedding. You made sure we were fed, calm, and looked after during the bridal breakfast, and we’re so grateful for your warmth.||And to Elliott, Nick, Fanning, Chloie, Rian, Tony, Eian, Finn, Chris, and Oah, thank you all for your part in making my daughter's and son-in-law's day so unforgettable. Each of you brought your touch of magic to the experience, and we never once felt like just another wedding party. You made us feel truly seen and celebrated.||From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making their day everything we dreamed it would be. Simply said, thank you all!

This, perhaps less known manor house is set in a beautiful, tranquil setting, surrounded by parkland. The house itself is quite grand inside, with different function rooms, restaurant and guestroom upstairs. |Lunch in the smaller drawing room was lovely, the fish of the day was very tasty, and the service was good.|The gardens are beautifully kept and tranquil.
