Ting Thai Teviot Place

Great value for money and definitely worth a try! Honestly, I’m not sure why they used bowls and paper boxes — maybe so you can take leftovers away, haha. The Pad Thai was a bit too sweet and saucy; it would probably taste better with less sauce. The portion was huge — I was full until dinner! The chicken rice had really tasty fried chicken and plenty of rice. The fried noodles were delicious too, though a bit oily. Lighter seasoning would make them even better.

Really great laid back atmosphere very cool for young people with music and cool waiters dancing around. Food also very good ... open kitchen so you see everything thats going on, busy place too so lots going on. Really enjoyed it ...was our second time we tried the Glasgow West Nile St. first time although its bigger its same theme... both very good, we'll be back.

My experience at Ting Thai Summer Noods was absolutely fantastic. The spicy margaritas were a perfect start—they had a brilliant kick and were incredibly refreshing. They are easily some of the best I've had. For the main course, I went for the chicken Pad Thai, and it was exceptional. It had that authentic, smoky flavour known as wok hay, which truly elevates the dish. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the chicken was tender and delicious. It's clear that Ting Thai puts a lot of care into their food and drinks. The combination of excellent cocktails and a perfectly executed main dish makes it a must-visit. I highly recommend it!

An unexpected delight. Seeking comfort food on a cold November - found Ting Thai Caravan. Super service and very friendly competent staff. Delightful food. Studenty atmosphere with great music.

Visited with friends as it came highly recommended.. we were not disappointed. We all got different dishes and each one was delicious. It’s THE best Thai Green Curry I’ve tasted. Light, fresh and full of flavour. The place was really busy but the staff were very attentive and coped with all of our tables questions about the food. Great value for money absolutely will be back,,, thanks guys!

The food was incredible and the staff were so accommodating. We came in with a large party and the three blonde girls who helped us were very friendly and helpful. All of our food came out fast, hot, and correct, and they made it easy for us to split the bills. Will recommend as the best Thai spot in Edinburgh!

Our food was delivered quickly, main meal portions were small, I was still hungry afterwards. The dish I ordered was underwhelming: nicely cooked rice had a few small pieces of well-seasoned pork on top, on the side there was one leaf of lettuce and three slices of cucumber, plus garnish of 3 chillie slices and sprinkling of sesame seeds. The dish was tasty, but small and uninspiring.

The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all exactly what we were hoping for when trying to find lunch for a reasonable price. The meal was delicious, and the noodles so wonderful we went back for dinner the next day! Do not let the low price deter you, it was genuinely fabulous and definitely worth every penny.
