An absolutely incredible culinary experience! If you are in Bangkok, this is a must-do.
The Market Tour: Starting the morning at the local market was a highlight. We got to taste various local fruits and learn about the essential Thai ingredients before we started cooking.
The Menu: We made four classic dishes: Tom Yum Soup, Chicken Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Mango Sticky Rice. Every single dish turned out delicious and full of authentic flavor.
The Instruction: We were lucky enough to be taught by Mr. Tingly himself. He is a fantastic teacher—engaging, funny, and he shared some "secret tips" for perfecting Thai flavors that you won't find in a standard recipe book.
Pro Tip: Come hungry! You eat everything you cook!
