Be careful to order online. It is almost impossible to return items (inside EU) and can cost you a lot of money (in my case about 50€ for the package to send back). I had to wait almost two months and one reminder email to the (ridiculously unhelpful) customer support to process my return with the result that - of course - they won’t refund anything (because it was allegedly belated). I read this practice a lot in the comments below (there are numerous about refused returns). Never again for sure.
