I did the winery tour here and really enjoyed the experience. The tour takes you through various rooms with different wine barrels, includes a short ride across the winery grounds, and ends with a tasting of several wines paired with small nibbles. It was fascinating to see the winemaking process up close, and our guide was excellent—knowledgeable and clear in their explanations. A unique and enjoyable experience that's definitely worth checking out!

A good activity for a day out in Jerez. It's a beautiful place to visit. Fun ride in a small train to begin the tour. We tasted 4 diferent types of sherry for €27. I think it was a good value for the price.

Booked the English tour of this beautiful Bodega with two sherry tastings. Advanced booking is essential, even on a Monday in October. Personally I didn’t find the Guide particularly engaging and I would have liked to have learned more about the process. Also, one of the tastings was a spritz, so not pure sherry. Nevertheless, the beautiful grounds, history of the brand and central location made it a worthwhile visit. Also the modern tasting area is stunning.

Superb visit. Our guide, Blanca, was delightful and spoke clear, crisp English, which I'm sure is very helpful for non-native English speakers. Disappointingly other guides didn't respect our group and spoke very loudly. They need to be mindful of this. I don't drink alcohol but found it all to be fascinating. I thought that the shop was great too.

We had an amazing tour and lunch at the on site restaurant. It was my 50th birthday celebration and the Tio Pepe team were amazing. Having travelled by Taxi from Cadiz to the venue we were shown the vast complex where whisky, brandy and sherry are made. The sherry making process was eye opening, and an honour to see how our favourite liquor sherry 30year old VORS (Very Old Rare Sherry) “Noe” is made. Highly recommend their new products as well; the Croft Twist, was very refreshing. The lunch was an absolute treat, overlooking the cathedral, we had the place to ourselves which was super special; the chef and his team put on a splendid spread of four courses and kept our wine glasses full! A huge thanks to the team; you made my Birthday experience one to remember and we hope to visit again soon.

The winery is huge and absolutely beautiful. For sure buy tickets in advance! We mistakenly booked our tour in Spanish. There were at least two tours the very same time in English but team refused to swap the group. It was a walking tour and open space, so I honestly don’t understand what was the problem of adding us to the English group. We didn’t understand anything from 2h visit. During tasting had to remind several times that we had more products to try and also had food included. There were no explanation during tasting at all. I wish client service were better.

Our visit lasted far longer than we expected. A little land train tour as intro, then a walk through many of the historic solera bodegas with a detailed explanation of the sherry process and the history of Tio Pepe. The grounds of the factory include some original streets from the city, they're beautifully preserved. We tasted 4 sherries - Fino, Alfonso, Cream and a Croft Twist (a ready made sherry spritz). A good visit, time well spent.

We did the Visita Tio Pepe, which included tasting two sherries. We got a fino and a Croft Twist, which isn't actually a sherry. Half the tour was on a land train, the other was walking around. We would have liked to learn more about the manufacturing process. It's the most visited winery in the world. We would have liked to have seen more personality, it felt like a mass produced tour. Maybe a tour with a smaller Bodega would have been more interesting. We didn't manage to book online, but asked for an English tour at the gate and was told to come back at 4pm for a 4.30pm tour.
