Tio Sea Resort (Previously Al Sultan Resort)

Yesterday, I attended a seminar here. The hall’s ambiance was not very impressive — some areas of the resort were nice, while others felt quite ordinary. Overall, the environment was fine. The seminar went well, and the day passed smoothly.

I recently stayed at this amazing 5-star resort and was truly impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the rooms. I would like to especially appreciate Mr. Sakib, the housekeeping attendant, for his exceptional service. He was polite, professional, and very attentive to details. Every time I returned to my room, it was spotless and neatly arranged — thanks to his hard work and dedication. His warm attitude and willingness to help made my stay even more comfortable. The resort is lucky to have such a dedicated staff member. Highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition. Our room was impeccably clean every single day. I would like to specifically commend Fahim who serviced my room. His professionalism and smile was a highlight. Thanks a lot.

We stayed at Tio Sea Resort and had a wonderful experience. The hotel upgraded our room free of charge, which was a pleasant surprise. The resort is very nice, clean, and well maintained. Special thanks to Ms. Maria at the reception for her excellent service—she was very helpful, friendly, and made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for a relaxing beach stay.

During my stay at the hotel, Fahim, who works in the housekeeping team, truly stood out with his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. My room was always spotless, and his positive attitude made the stay even more pleasant. Employees like Fahim genuinely enhance the quality of the hotel. All services are very good specially housekeeping services, Rooms Service are very satisfied. Housekeeping Fahim and Ashok They are very gentle and professionally friendly behaviors. But little problem I was faced that’s are there’s swimming pool no temperature control system because now winter season must be need temperature control for good swimming, most visitors are going to resort for enjoying swimming so if temperatures control are not available then enjoy is little prohibit that’s all. I stayed here for one week and I’m very happy with my experience. The beach and swimming pool area gave me so much peace and relaxation every day. Even though I didn’t swim, just sitting there and enjoying the view made me feel calm and refreshed. The staff were friendly, specialy Ms Marie in the reception. the place was clean, and the atmosphere was perfect for rest and reflection. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
