Tio Sea Resort (Previously Al Sultan Resort)

We had an amazing time checking in at your hotel this weekend with my family. We didn’t encounter any issues at reception or the receiving area, everyone was wonderful and very welcoming. In fact, all the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed having access to both the beach and the pool, which made our stay extra special. Since we visited over the weekend, it wasn’t too crowded, and that made the experience even better. I felt truly relaxed being away from the city and work, and it was exactly the kind of getaway we needed. Highly recommended! 🌊🏖️✨

🌞 One of the Best Stays We’ve Had! We spent a few wonderful days at this beach resort and truly enjoyed every moment. The views were stunning, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the service was top-notch. A huge thank you to Miry and Elyas at the reception — you were both amazing! You welcomed us with warm smiles and made sure our stay was extra special. The suite you gave us was beautiful, and your kindness truly made our trip unforgettable. We left with great memories and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

I was planning to visit this resort with my family soon, however judging from the reviews I will pass. It seems as though there has been some change of staff or management and the resort has declined. Furthermore, I notice a few people complain about the food being mainly Indian cuisine. I notice this is becoming the norm in a few hotels now. Anyhow, if anyone from the resort or public can unbiasedlyclarify these issues please?

I stayed at Tio Sea Resort for one night in the Royal suite they had. To be honest it didn't seem to be a five star resort. Small washrooms and the bath tub was Jaccuzi like which wasn't working. There were two televisions but none of them was a smart television to Watch Netflix or YouTube. The only thing I liked was the private beach.

A wonderful experience at this resort. The suite was very clean and well-organized. Services were available at all times. The staff were kind and helpful. I would especially like to mention Mr. Asim at reception and reservations — he was extremely respectful, kind, and supportive. Security was present throughout the facilities, even at the beach area, which gave a sense of safety for families and children. Truly an experience worth repeating. I only suggest adding a kids’ entertainment area near the pool. Wishing you continued success and to maintain this excellent level of service.

We had really a great time with our friends there, staff are so friendly and helpful especially Mr. Azeem and Mr. Riyaz. We look forward to go again for a pleasant stay.

Waste potentials We booked three rooms. The rooms were good actually and they upgraded one of the rooms to suite but the hall connecting them was not air-conditioned and completely open and it was sooo hot The breakfast buffet was nice and delicious to be honest disadvantages: The speaker they used for music was very old and broken, which made the sound unpleasant wish someone told them . The whole place looks outdated and hasn’t been renewed in a long time but it was okay Until I had to wash off sand cause the showers were not working, so we had to go inside the gym (which had AC) to clean up before swimming. The worst part was the behavior of the pool staff. Even though I had booked 3 rooms for my family after checking out early and going to the pool one of the staff approached me and said: “You only have one hour left here since you paid for a room not pool access and you must leave the pool area at checkout time.” This was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I immediately packed my things and left. In general it was a good experience but the staff’s attitude completely ruined the experience.
