Tio Sea Resort (Previously Al Sultan Resort)

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Alah for the unexpected Room Upgrade. He made our Anniversary Day extra special. Ms. Marie, for being very considerate and extra kind. Mr. Ronnie for assisting and even giving us a short tour of the place. Our overall experience, albeit short, was still pleasurable and relaxing. The place was wonderful, the staff were great, the room was great, but some things weren't working properly, and I saw some sticky coffee stains on the floor, but it's not a very big deal. The food also needs a bit more variety. We will definitely be back at some point. I'm hoping for an even better experience.

Using Agoda, I booked the double room with pool view including breakfast. It is spacious with bathtub but the access to beach and pool is outside the bldg. The facility is good, quiet and clean. During check in, it took us 1 hr to get the key to our room but they are polite and apologize about it. They even gave my son a ball to keep him entertained while waiting. All of the staff are kind and attentive. Buffet breakfast variety are good and fresh. For Dinner, just ok but generous portion, i do love the lasagna. ||Overall experience and the price I paid, will definitely come back.

I stayed at Tio Resort for more than a week, and it was a truly refreshing and relaxing experience. The resort’s beachfront location and beautiful pool area made it the perfect place for my wife to unwind and enjoy quiet, peaceful days. She especially loved spending her mornings by the beach and afternoons relaxing by the pool — both were clean, well-maintained, and had a calm atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, specially Ms Marie in the reception, and the overall environment was serene and inviting. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a long stay. I highly recommend Tio Resort for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway where you can truly relax and enjoy nature’s beauty.

I had a really pleasant stay at TIO Sea Hotel! The location is perfect, right next to the sea — easy to reach, with soft sand that doesn’t hurt your feet. The security team is very professional and helpful, always making guests feel safe.||Every day the hotel provides different types of shampoos and toiletries, which I absolutely loved — such a thoughtful detail! The restaurant is quiet and cozy, and the food is excellent.||One of the best parts is the gym area — it’s way beyond expectations! Spacious, clean, and includes a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, making it a great place to relax after a long day.||If there’s one thing to improve, it would be offering short daily tours or excursions directly from the reception — it would make guests’ experience even better. Also, during breakfast (5:30–10:30) and dinner, they check guest entry, so you can’t enter twice — not a big issue, but something to note.||Overall, a beautiful, secure, and relaxing hotel — I’d definitely come back again! 🌅

Peaceful Stay and Amazing Hospitality I visited the resort yesterday, and it was a wonderful experience! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. special thanks to Housekeeper Mr. Abdul Karim & Mr. Fahim from the staff for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent service.

This place was great and the staff are amazing specially the reception staff they accommodate as well as good upon the upgrade request.. The room are properly organized and a neat environment. The view was wonderful and mesmerizing place. I recommend this resort as five thumps-up and five star.. Thank you Tio Resort, I can’t wait to come back again.

Dated hotel past its prime, located perfectly on the Al khor coast. Rooms were good but not cleaned thoroughly - Had a small roach and some ants in the room. Luckily only booked for one night and wasn’t worth extending . At best a 3 star hotel

I stayed here for one week and I’m very happy with my experience. The beach and swimming pool area gave me so much peace and relaxation every day. Even though I didn’t swim, just sitting there and enjoying the view made me feel calm and refreshed. The staff were friendly, specialy Ms Marie in the reception. the place was clean, and the atmosphere was perfect for rest and reflection. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
