Great Reuben sandwich at this place. Very unexpected, but I’m glad we stopped by for some quick breakfast. As an Australian we’re picky on our flat whites, but these guys make a great coffee. Lots of really good stuff to eat here.

The food was overall pretty good. The chocolate pastry was mostly plain, kinda not worth it being $7. It was 95% puff and 5% chocolate. Very stingy…. The almond pastry was pretty sweet and tasty. The staff here are nice. Definitely worth coming for teabreak.

I’d like to give special recognition to Nancy at Tiong Bahru Bakery at Raffles City for her outstanding service. From the moment we were served, Nancy was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. She went beyond the usual expectations — anticipating needs, explaining options clearly, and making us feel truly welcomed rather than just “served.” Her calm professionalism combined with a sincere smile made a real difference to the overall experience. It’s rare to encounter service that feels both efficient and heartfelt, and Nancy delivered exactly that. She’s a wonderful example of how great people elevate a great brand.

I came here for a quick breakfast, expecting a mediocre meal. However, I was pleasantly surprised because o had ordered the breakfast with a crouffle(?) and some portobello mushrooms which was absolutely amazing! There was also a sweet, croissant like bread. It was sweet and perfectly tasty! Everything was delicious with the exception of the dark cherry matcha. It was oddly foamy and the taste wasn’t as matcha-y as i had expected. Other than that, the meal was pretty good! I would definitely come back again-but without matcha.

Everything here is really good, from bakes to drinks, service and also architecture. We tried lavender tea and the flavour was so impressive. Croissant is a must here. Highly recommend this bakeshop for everyone visiting Singapore

Tiong Bahru is become the must to visit everytime in sg. Their Almond Croissant is a top notch, crunchy outside but moist & buttery inside. Nancy is very helpful with our orders & her service is also make us feel at home

Great pastries and a good selection of hot drinks. Service was fast. The place is a bit cramped, so if you have luggage, it would be a challenge bringing it in.

This famous croissant place is a bit pricey, but the bread and plates are really tasty. Above all, the waitress, Nancy, was so warm and friendly. Highly recommend a visit!
