We wanted to have local breakfast (not the boring hotel ones) and I’m glad I found this place!!
Everyone is so friendly to us and patient w me translating on my phone for ordering. Eventually we were speaking two different languages but communicated totally well without my phone (we are same human creatures!!) amazing ordering experience and we loved the breakfast so much! The pupusas the cake the plates and the drinks!!

You need to try it. Local food. “Pupusas” are the stars. “Horchata” is a kind of milky beverage containing rice, cacao and cinnamon.

This is a very nice fast food restaurant. I believed that it was a sit down and be served, Not the case here.

Large eating area. Bakery goods on the left as you walk in. Sold separately.
Typical food. Tortillas were a bit hard. Tamal de elote should have come with creme. We had to ask for it.
I wanted pepper for my eggs. There was only salt. When I asked they said “there is no pepper in the entire building.” We didn’t try the pupusas. Refried beans and eggs were satisfying. A good quick stop…
( we were too tired and didn’t take pics😉)

Pupusas had no flavor, no beans, loroco is probably frozen. The coffee was cold and waayy too light. They don't have a server.

Unfortunately I didn't get the opportunity to seat in and enjoy (what seemed to me), a very family oriented restaurant. Its like a buffet style restaurant. You pick what you want to eat and they put it on plate.
