STAY AWAY!
I placed a pickup order two hours before arriving. When I got there, the employee at the front told me the order wasn't ready and they hadn't even started it yet.
I waited another 20 minutes before finally asking for a refund since I didn't want to wait any longer. The employee at the front refused to issue the refund, so I asked for proof that it would be processed because the place was clearly very disorganized. There were multiple other customers complaining at the same time and the whole situation felt chaotic.
About 15 minutes later, the supervisor came out and began yelling at me, calling me a "fing ahole," saying I treat people like "s**," and telling me to go f*** myself.
At that point, three customers in line actually stepped in to defend me and told the supervisor she was being rude and completely unprofessional. Because of how the situation was handled, around a dozen customers ended up walking out.
Eventually the owner came out, gave a half-hearted apology, and issued the refund (which I would have disputed with my credit card company anyway at that point).
If this is how they treat customers in public, I wouldn't trust what's going on in the kitchen. I strongly recommend staying away.
