Had an amazing time at Tipsy Unicorn! A big shoutout to Desmond and the team for their incredible service. From the moment we arrived, they were super friendly, attentive, and helpful — truly going above and beyond. Desmond's great personality and warm welcome made us feel like absolute VIPs. It's rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and it really made our experience unforgettable. The only down side is, WCs are quite smelly, and no towels are available for our visit due to the back-to-back events over the weekends Overall, highly recommend Tipsy Unicorn not just for the vibes, but for the top-notch service too. Buggy service provided to ferry us to the tram station. The kids are already looking forward to the next visit!

This place is pretty nice - the pool is fun, the daybeds are decent and there's a nice indoor area as well. They're definitely still getting their act together - the online menu wasn't updated on multiple fronts, and they still appeared to be understaffed, but we enjoyed the time.

Your staff Max wrongly used my credit card for someone else’s bill. He informed me this by saying “This is just for your reference….”. His whole explanation had no apology. I had to ask him, “So are you gonna apologize?”. He seemed to not get it. I suppose he gave my credit card back to another customer who pointed out it doesn’t belong to him, meaning that another customer had my card in hand and saw all my card details. If you are going to collect our credit cards in advance, you must ensure there is no operational errors. Very disappointing how I had to start my stay at Tipsy Unicorn with this incident.

My first visit to Tipsy Unicorn was fantastic! I loved the food, which is definitely better compared to other beach clubs. We even enjoyed the adorable Unicorn shuttle service. The concept is unique, with in house shop for some fun shopping. My only complaint at that time was the barrier that obstructed the beach view. However, my recent visit turned out to be quite disappointing. The club was less crowded than others, so we hoped to get a table. Unfortunately, there was no friendly staff to greet us at the door, and the assistant manager refused to let us in, even though the indoor area was empty. After repeatedly assuring her that we would leave if needed, we finally managed to secure a table. On a positive note, the part-time staff member, Gabrielle, was very helpful and friendly. It seemed like they were understaffed for a public holiday, as we waited 20 minutes for a coffee. My Coca-Cola was not fresh, and I noticed drinks sitting at the bar counter while we waited. The kids’ pizza was also disappointing—I was surprised to see a margarita topped with onions, especially since it was meant for kids! I had hoped to bring some positive energy by doing some shopping at the cool in-house shop, but I was informed that it wouldn’t be open that day. Additionally, due to the staffing issues, we couldn't utilize their shuttle service. Overall, my experience this time was quite frustrating.

My family enjoyed our day at tipsy unicorn! The food are delicious and the staff are very accommodation and observant. They actually saw the children fighting over floats and blew up another one for the girls. How lovely! The staff are attentive too. I didn't managed to take any photos of the delicious mains we ordered. Prawn aglio olio, beef horfun and fish n chips are recommended. Mala noodle is so so but the roasted pork that come together is good. Thanks Tipsy unicorn team!

Pretty entrance but that’s about it. We visited Tipsy Unicorn for a friend’s birthday but left in under an hour. While we understand they may have been understaffed (as other reviews suggest), the sheer lack of basic hospitality was unacceptable - especially for a place that imposes minimum spends. Despite the beach club being fairly empty, staff we encountered were disengaged and slow to respond. Our reserved daybed was unusable in the scorching sun, and when we proposed simply moving the umbrella, we were told it was not allowed. The only “solution” offered was to wait for a manager who would arrive hours later or to upgrade to a $400 minimum-spend sofa bed. We then suggested taking a beach daybed instead, but it was filthy and left unprepared, with zero effort made to get it guest-ready. We decided to leave rather than waste any more time on a precious public holiday. It would be in Tipsy Unicorn’s interest to relook its service standards and overall guest experience, considering the much higher levels of service offered by more established competitors in the area.

SUPER disappointed…! Travel a long way and look forward to Jaypark after party…I bought the PGA ticket (128 dollar) because it’s mentioned close to the stage🙂 Hi Tipsy, have you check the DISTANCE before you announced?? It’s a restricted view area till I asked the staff to close the umbrella, but still, is a districted view🙂 Totally not worth the price…… Your management team shall check those distance (whether make sense) then announce along with the ticketing details! Will not visit again.
