Had a great experience at Tipsy Unicorn! Special shoutout to the manager, Joshua, for his excellent service and warm hospitality. He has fantastic interpersonal skills and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our visit. His staff — Raphael, Desmond, and Karen — were equally attentive, friendly, and quick to attend to our needs. The team worked seamlessly together and really elevated our overall experience. Will definitely be back again!

Second time back here for the food! Delicious food and great vibes! The aglio olio was flavorful, prawns were fresh, fries were perfectly crispy, and the service was friendly and efficient. Loved the ambience—simple, cozy, and just right. Will definitely come back here again!

Been here twice and always greeted with warm smiles by the staffs. We were guided to the spot where we can have the best view of the sunset, then served our food in no time. The crispy Whitebait is a must try…seasoned just nice. Really enjoyed the cheese sliders and fish n chips as well. Each staff were busy attending to their own tasks but they never fail to check on us from time to time asking if we’re good, or if there’s anything we need. Very accomodating. Even had short and friendly chit chat with one of them. Best place to relax and spend the weekend with family or friends. Good service. Will definitely come back here. And btw, they have this service ride which took us to the monorail point going back to Vivo city. Really nice experience….thank you!

I was near Tipsy Unicorn on 22 Nov 2025 and witnessed a concerning situation outside the venue involving police officers and what appeared to be a debt collector. It created a lot of commotion and drew attention from people nearby. As someone who frequents the area, it was worrying to see this happening right outside the establishment. I think customers, staff, and suppliers all deserve transparency, especially when situations like this arise. Even though the place continues running events and parties, the scene I witnessed left me questioning how things are being managed behind the scenes. I hope the management addresses whatever issues are happening and prioritises the well-being of their staff and business partners. Sharing this so others are aware of what I personally saw that day.

Went to Tipsy Unicorn expecting a fun beach club vibe, but was really disappointed. Found sand in my cocktail. To make things worse, the bartender used his bare hands to add the garnish right in front of me, no gloves or tongs at all. Totally unhygienic and unprofessional. For the prices they charge($26.38), I expected much better standards of cleanliness and service. Definitely not coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

Despite being short-handed, the team made sure that every customer felt well taken care of. It's not easy to stay upbeat and efficient under pressure, but the staff here handled everything like true professionals. I especially want to shout out to the entire team for their excellent service and genuine kindness. As for the food—absolutely fantastic! Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The aglio olio and beef cubes were especially outstanding. You can tell they really put a lot of care and attention into their menu, and it absolutely paid off. Even with fewer hands on deck, the team ensured that the experience was seamless. I can’t wait to come back for another delicious meal! Had an amazing time at Tipsy Unicorn! A big shoutout to Desmond and the team for their incredible service. From the moment we arrived, they were super friendly, attentive, and helpful — truly going above and beyond. Desmond's great personality and warm welcome made us feel like absolute VIPs. It's rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and it really made our experience unforgettable. The only down side is, WCs are quite smelly, and no towels are available for our visit due to the back-to-back events over the weekends Overall, highly recommend Tipsy Unicorn not just for the vibes, but for the top-notch service too. Buggy service provided to ferry us to the tram station. The kids are already looking forward to the next visit!
