Tirana Castle

The Castle design is amazing and many Restaurants and gift shop inside I will recommend anyone who’s visiting Tirana to go and take your Lunch there during your tour.

Castle in Tirana with shops and High end restaurants. Nice to hang out. Personally only walked through but has a safe and pleasant ambience.

A series of tourist shops intermingled with delicious restaurants. We chose the Food Factory which provided delicious food and extraordinary service. Their table bread was amazing! A good spot to come relax and begin your discovery of the city of Tirana.

Tirana Castle is a lovely and authentic spot with a unique atmosphere. The restoration work has been done beautifully, blending history with modern touches. A great place to walk around, enjoy the cafés, and feel the city’s character. 🏰🌿☕

Interesting place wouldn't class it as a castle anymore, its built up upon the original castle, and now has been built in to shops , restaurants and bars. I would definitely check it out for some food and drinks but wouldn't go if your looking to go see a castle.

There is almost nothing left of the original castle, just a few walls, so calling it a castle feels a bit misleading. Today it's more of a small tourist spot with cafes, shops, and restaurants built inside the remains. While the area can be nice for a short walk or to grab a drink, if you expect an actual historic castle, you may leave underwhelmed. The castle was first built in the Byzantine era and later expanded by the Ottomans.

Bit of a tourist trap. But if you like that so of thing lots of restaurants and overpriced souvenirs. We had a very grumpy lady that sold my son a 3 euro bottle opener , and you would have thought we had asked for her wisdom tooth. All other Albanians we have met are awesome.
