Absolutely fantastic experience! The restaurant offers a perfect combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a beautiful atmosphere. Every dish was prepared to perfection and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Sonja! She is attentive to every detail and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Her professionalism and warm attitude really made the experience special! 10/10

Very pleasant stay at Tirana International Hotel! I really liked the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was always ready to help and answer any questions, especially Sonja, who was very kind and attentive. The room was comfortable, clean and with a very beautiful view. The food at the Pergola restaurant was excellent and every meal was a pleasure. The hotel is located in a very practical area, close to the main attractions of Tirana. I really felt it was a relaxing and special experience. I would definitely recommend it!

Hotel exceeded expectations after reading some of the not so favorable reviews . I stayed here at the end of my exoticca tour and it was arguably one of the better properties in their selection roster throughout the tour . Had a cosy clean and well appointed room overlooking the square . Hotel could use a refurb in some areas but nothing major . . Did not like having to leave my passport at reception but you have the option of paying a $50 deposit if you prefer not to . Otherwise excellent location and good service ( location cant be beat!) and would have no problem staying here again if in the area .

I had a very nice experience at this hotel. The place is beautiful, clean, and the service is very good. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Katerina at the bar. She was very kind, professional, and attentive with the guests. Her service made the experience even better. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it.

Good hotel, excellent location, good service, polite reception staff and maintenance man but:We were given a room facing an inner courtyard with scaffolding and construction dust and therefore also a sealed window with the inability to open for ventilation. We asked to move to a front room and were told that everything was taken and there was no room available at the front. An unacceptable answer to us because we booked the room two months in advance!!! And not on days close to check-in and therefore they could have reserved a front room for us in advance!!!The switch between the hand shower and the bucket faucet in the bathtub was broken. The maintenance man "taught us" to first open a weak stream and then pull the exposed switch screw with our fingers so that water would flow slowly through the faucet and only then increase the stream. In short, discomfort in use and also irritation/roughness of the fingers when pulling an exposed screw - I got the impression that the problem is not new and the hotel simply ignores it instead of fixing it.Breakfast is varied and rich, but note that there is only black tea and only in a central kettle from which each length is poured into a glass. There are no teas of various types. There is only sugar and no artificial sweeteners, (by the way, in all hotels and restaurants in Albania there are no artificial sweeteners).

My stay at Tirana International Hotel was truly excellent and exceeded my expectations. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Tirana, within walking distance of the main attractions, making it extremely convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and offered a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirana. I will definitely be coming back again!

I had a wonderful stay at Tirana International Hotel & Conference Centre. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Tirana at Skanderbeg Square, which makes it very convenient to walk and explore the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent with many fresh and delicious options. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tirana. Highly recommended! 😊

The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was also perfect – close to many attractions and easy to reach. My friend Arjeta recommended this hotel to me, and I am so glad she did! I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, the service and atmosphere made my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!
