Explore 2D1N at garut . The hotel was nice , room clean but have a spot on the linen. There is no cold water on the bathroom, it would be nice if you have it. The breakfast so tasty , the variant of food was enough. If you can expand the parking lot it would be best for the guest

Clean and well maintained. Visit this place for the hot spring pool and the massage like shower jet. Visitor friendly and quite safe for elderly to get soaked. The water doesn't contained sulphur, instead it contains magnesium which is good for your heart, muscles and blood circulation, they said. So don't worry you won't smell sulphur here.

The hot spring pool was so crowded because it is open for public. At least as the hotel guests we can enjoy the pool in the morning before the time it open for public visitors.|Breakfast taste okay. Room was so nice with the mountains view balcony. Thank you.

The hotel was old building since its from 1964, however a lot of renovation has been done recently. We got room in 3rd floor with view facing surrounding local residential area. Overall this is nice hotel to be choosen as healthy staycation with their natural hot spring water.

This place is built surrounding pools supplied with water from hot wells. It is said that this water is good for all sorts of deseases including rheumatic. Anyway, no need to stay in this hotel to make use of the pools. 45.000 entry ticket and you can enjoy. The water is pretty hot but clean. I loved it. You can get some food in case you get hungry. Dont forget to bring a towel

Super worth it! This hotel offers good facilities and amenities with affordable prices. The best is their warm-water-pool and warm-water-shower. Unfortunately they have no swimming slides like any other hotels in the area, just a common pool with warm water. But they have soaking rooms and lockers as added value. One thing that should be improved are their warm (nearly hot water) in the bathroom. They dont provide cold water at all, even for jet shower! So all the water provided is warm (or sometimes hot water.

Room needs improvement, add exhaust in the bathroom

Stayed for one night. Got a room on the top floor. The room itself needs more maintenance, as the bathroom door is half-broken, the ceiling shows sign of leakage, and the furniture has tearing signs. The cleanliness of the room can also be improved. The bathroom itself is the main selling point, as it has a bath-tub (sort of) that can be filled with hot spring water. This is where you want to spent bathing, as the hot spring pool is open to public area and can get pretty crowded. The bath-tub is quite large, where two people can use it while sitting down inside the bath-tub. The service overall is pretty good. Staffs are polite. The food on breakfast is okay, but nothing special.
