Titik Dua

I had a wonderful stay at Titik Dua Ubud. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff stood out — they truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. Every service was delivered with a smile and genuine care. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The rooms are modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. On top of that, the beautiful pool area offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, Titik Dua Ubud combines great facilities with exceptional hospitality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.

The hotel aesthetic is on point. The service level of the staff is great. They were attentive and welcoming. They were efficient in responding to any needs. The hotel breakfast is good too. Location made it convenient to get around. One thing to improve would be the noise, may get a little noisy at times. Aside from that, overall a great place to stay in ubud and would return to stay again ! :)

Our stay at Titik Dua was just wholesome! The room is clean, well-equipped and the bed with the pillow are just comfortable!||The staff were friendly, and always ready to assist.|Special shout-out to Bintang & Diva, whose always greet us and wearing a warmest smiles throughout the day.|The team was so sweet to surprise my wife with a bouquet of flower and a cake knowing her birthday is around the corner, such a thoughtful gesture that truly sweetens our stay.|The building is surrounded by green nature, that make it a perfect escape for hustle and bustle.||Overall the experience is close to perfect, minor improvement to be suggested is that there is only one elevator available (and moving a bit slow) and also the building is lack of additional facilities.|It was raining during our stay that make we're unable to enjoy the pool and not much else we can do.|An addition of a fitness room or gym perhaps would be great when you are indoor.||Regardless, the experience was just incredible and we are happy to return there whenever we going to Ubud again!

My first choice for staying in Ubud. It’s located about 2 km from the center, so getting around takes a little more time — but that also means you can enjoy a more peaceful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind and always greet you with a smile. With its distinctive brick design and beautifully maintained rooms, I had a truly pleasant stay.

Amazing architecture ! Staffs were wonderful in accommodating our requests. The reason why we give them 3 stars is because firstly the location. It’s down south and quite isolated from all the shops and restaurants ( not walking distance friendly , or even scooter friendly ) It’s within where the locals lives so the traffic were bad and the roads are small. We stayed up north last year and had such wonderful time driving to and from city centre. Secondly, and this is probably more of our bad lucks and fussiness than the hotel’s fault. We are very particular about noise and request quiet room. But the room we had were right across the reception and a thoroughfare where we heard people talking every morning. The air-con in our room were broken so it made an annoying sounds throughout the night. They fixed it the next day so it was great. Next night the kitchen a floor above had an event so there was constant thumping sounds till 11.30pm. The following night were disturbed by extremely loud Indian music from the room next to us around 12.30 am. They have construction going on so every morning they put on music to drown out the noise. Although the staff were extremely helpful , I think if you’re here for a chill holiday and love peace and quiet you might wanna consider these factors. We booked a deluxe room so it was right beneath the kitchen and on the reception floor. The signature rooms might be better since they’re on the 1st floor. Overall great hotel and staff , however they need to consider guests’s request and some rules for the guests past 11pm. Not so great location.

I loved my stay at Titik Dua! Such beautiful caring staff who were highly attentive and responsive. And the hotel is visually stunning! The architecture is incredible, every vantage point is unique and the design lends itself to a very communal environment. Highly recommend this hotel! Will definitely come back!

One of the best hotels I stayed in so far. Rooms are absolutely clean and comfy. The food not only looks good, it tastes even better. The welcoming was very friendly and the stuff is phenomenal! We made acquaintance with the lovely Fanny, who made the experience complete! Thank you for that! We would definitely recommend the hotel and staff for staying in Ubud! 💕

Our stay at Titik Dua in Ubud was truly 10/10. Fanny was absolutely incredible with guest relations, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every single staff member was so kind and genuine, which made the experience even more special. The food was delicious, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is beautifully designed and super aesthetic. Couldn’t recommend it more!
