Tivoli-Maputo Hotel

The hotel has seen the better days but the room is functional and well maintained. The main feature of the property is the location. It’s close to the main attraction of the city and a shopping mall with quite a few restaurants.||All staff were great and the restaurant is not bad. I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for convenience.

A place to feel rested & safe. Good food be it at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Thank u to the hotel staff for feeling my content.

Tivoli Maputo is well located on a busy road with banks and restaurants closely. The mall is also a walking distance from the hotel. The reception service is good. The food was great, I tried the rice and red fish and the meal was great. The room was nice but not very spacious

The Hotel Tivoli Maputo is in a great location for sightseeing. It's an easy walk to the Botanical Gardens, Train Station, Fort and Independence Square.||The rooms are a good size with a great desk area and a large closet and a safe. The carpet is a little dirty but the majority of the flooring in the room is wood. The rooms are very clean and the bed comfortable. ||The staff is pleasant. It's a little unnerving that the hall lights turn off and I had to leave my room in the dark to get to the elevator.||My room included breakfast and dinner. Dinner was very SLOW. I+ hours to eat dinner.

Dirty sheets and blankets.. very old furniture.. worn out paint especially outside

Very clean hotel and the breakfast was great. Liked the addition of cooked cassava to the menu. Its just the size of cups in the room. Too small for tea lovers!!! Otherwise my stay was good.

Pleasant stay overall. Room very clean and neat. Staff at reception very helpful and efficient. However, fresh flowers at reception would have made us feel more welcome...reception kind of lacks that feeling without fresh flowers. I would have loved to have more towels in the bathroom. Dining room could do with air conditioning. We would have loved bran or muesli for cereal at breakfast. I didn't understand why each time we left our room, someone would come into our room, and we would notice on our return that someone had been to our room. We didn't understand why that was.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and the breakfast okay. I believe there's a gym on site but never saw or used it. The room itself was excellent and very comfortable. Very helpful staff with regards to what's happening in and around the city. The hotel is beautiful. I would go back any day.
