Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel

My wife and I recently stayed at Tivoli Firenze and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is excellent—just a block from a major train station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were consistently professional and attentive. The doorman, front desk team, and even the chef (who stopped by our table after dinner) all made us feel genuinely welcome. A nice touch was the receptionist personally escorting us to our room and taking the time to explain the features and amenities. The food was a highlight—the restaurant delivers outstanding quality, clearly reflecting the skill of its Michelin-trained chef from southern Italy. Dining on the beautiful terrace added to the experience. We also appreciated learning a bit of the hotel's history: it was in the same family ownership for over 300 years before joining the Tivoli group, and that heritage shows in the elegant details throughout. Everything felt thoughtfully executed, and the service was accommodating without being intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return on our next trip to Florence. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The restaurant team was very attentive, and the breakfast offered a great selection. I’m especially thankful that my special food request was taken care of. The rooms were wonderful — cozy, clean, warm, and with an unforgettable view. The location is right in the heart of beautiful Florence. I will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Found a simply fantastic hotel in Florence this time that exceeded expectations- great location near to the train station, mercato and all the key sights in easy walking distance. Well appointed very comfy room with lovely products and sheets/towels and bathroom. Breakfast was an ample buffet spread, and they have a lovely outside terrace there as well. But we also had a large terrace off our 3rd floor room, and whilst their rooftop bar isn't open in winter, it is open to sit or bring drinks up to and take pictures from there straight onto the duomo. Service was outstanding starting with the lovely top-hatted doormen to the reception staff. Booked with Amex fine hotels and got all its benefits from credit to room upgrade and late checkout.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi in Florence. The experience was nothing short of spectacular and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The rooms, the staff, the service were exceptional. On our last day at the hotel, I happened to lose my engagement ring (a family heirloom that holds significant value to me and my husband). I realized that when we had already checked out of the hotel and were on our way to our next destination. I emailed the hotel and Cecilia from Guest Relations quickly responded to me, assuring me that the hotel will help me find the ring. They were able to find my ring in the room we were staying in and were kind enough to mail it to me at my hotel in Rome. The hotel’s response to this situation, and their overall service during our stay showed us exactly why the hotel is so highly rated. Truly a 5 star experience; we can’t wait to be back!

We had a wonderful stay and a truly great experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to the reception team for their professionalism and kindness, and especially for Suite 601, which was outstanding — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. Another big plus is the convenient parking nearby, suitable even for large vehicles, which made our stay much easier. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant stay.

Outstanding hotel and staff! Absolutely fabulous in our opinion. The staff, including Tommasso C., Alessia, Michele, Tommaso G., Benedetto, Marco and the entire staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, engaging, and fun! They were all exceptional. We have stayed there in 2018, and this year, and we will always stay here when in Florence. One of our most favorite hotels anywhere! Absolutely recommend!
