T.J. Maxx

There is plenty of parking for the stores in this strip mall/shopping plaza where T.J. Maxx is located. Store was super clean and very well organized. The restroom was very clean also. The only downside is it didn't seem to large selection in the kids shoe departments, which was main reason for our visit this time. However, it did have tons of quality items at great prices. They have a pretty good sized kids/girls/babies clothing section. There were no lines when checking out and the customer service associate was super friendly. Definitely recommend this store to everyone and will be back myself as well.

The only thing I like about this place is the Halloween decor. Went in to buy something today and I dread going to the checkout because of the credit cards you push on us. Cashier was rude and got an attitude with me because I said no to the card. Noone wants the credit card stop pushing it on us. Next time one of your cashiers gets an attitude with me they're getting cussed out.

TJ Maxx has always been a favorite shopping spot for my family, but unfortunately, our recent visit left us disappointed. During checkout, we experienced unfriendly and unprofessional behavior from a young employee. While we won’t mention her name, the encounter made us feel unwelcome. We couldn’t help but wonder if our ethnicity may have played a role, as we are Asian. It’s disheartening to have such a negative experience at a store we’ve enjoyed for years.

They literally make up their own pricing and are rude. Honestly the older lady at the register made us feel like we were a burden to her when I asked her a question about the transaction. We will go to another location.

I lost my gold earring given to me by my mother in this T.J. Maxx and called the store to see if they could search the store for me, or call me back when they found it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they did not find it the first day, but found it the second. They called me back and kept it safe for me in the meantime. Noreen was especially helpful and friendly.

I like coming here for the skin/ hair products, as I can often find my favorite pricier brands marked much cheaper than Ulta. There’s a lot to look at and it’s fun to treasure hunt. Sometimes you can find cool food items in the pantry aisle and cute home/ kitchen accessories too. I never have luck with the clothing choices though. There’s one half racks worth of plus sizes and they’re never as cute/ updated as the normal sizes. I hope one day stores like these offer more options for plus sized people.
