T.J. Maxx

Great TJ Maxx!! Lots of stock, variety, and fully staffed registers. Excellent

There is plenty of parking for the stores in this strip mall/shopping plaza where T.J. Maxx is located. Store was super clean and very well organized. The restroom was very clean also. The only downside is it didn't seem to large selection in the kids shoe departments, which was main reason for our visit this time. However, it did have tons of quality items at great prices. They have a pretty good sized kids/girls/babies clothing section. There were no lines when checking out and the customer service associate was super friendly. Definitely recommend this store to everyone and will be back myself as well.

I lost my gold earring given to me by my mother in this T.J. Maxx and called the store to see if they could search the store for me, or call me back when they found it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they did not find it the first day, but found it the second. They called me back and kept it safe for me in the meantime. Noreen was especially helpful and friendly.

I like coming here for the skin/ hair products, as I can often find my favorite pricier brands marked much cheaper than Ulta. There’s a lot to look at and it’s fun to treasure hunt. Sometimes you can find cool food items in the pantry aisle and cute home/ kitchen accessories too. I never have luck with the clothing choices though. There’s one half racks worth of plus sizes and they’re never as cute/ updated as the normal sizes. I hope one day stores like these offer more options for plus sized people.

The parking lot is super dark and the store is overpriced and employee are very ruse I will not come back it looks like amazon win aging but I use to shop here all the time the employees are rude and don't care about the people who buy thing like I asked for a price on a item that had no price and it was like I was asking they lady for 1 million dollars

There was an older woman working the dressing rooms, I believe her name started with a B. She was very rude and judgmental to me. I understand she had to give me one out of the pack of bras/underwear I was trying on to prevent "theft," but she acted like I was giving her a chore to do when its her JOB. She told me I can try on the underwear AT HOME. I live a hour away and its MY CHOICE. She then tried to fact check me when I came out asking why I came out so far from home. All up in my business. I wanted to try on more clothes but I just left. Rest of the store was nice, I like how they sort things through color.

I to take the time to express my gratitude to T.J. Max. Before I left to go on vacation to visit my daughter and grandchildren I had such a positive experience. I found everything I needed and more. The cashier was so kind and respectful. I wasn’t made to feel like the color of my skin or appearance caused suspicion or disdane. I actually made it through the alarm system without it going off. I have always loved shopping at T.J. Max. I enjoyed taking my daughter to shop there. I ran into my uncle shopping there with his daughter. It’s hard to hold your head up in public when you are at your worst. It rains on the just and unjust. It’s funny but when I get done shopping at T.J. Max I feel good when I leave. I feel satisfied. Thank you That visit helped me build momentum for more positive experiences and it kept growing I don’t want it to stop.
