TL Residence Hotel

Great place for a short or long stay. Plenty of drawers and storage. Clean, but did not provide hand soap, only shampoo and shower gel. Friendly staff. Rooftop area was really cool and it's a great view of the city at sunset. Garden area was cute. Right by the airport!

Started living at TL Residence on the 6th of April 2018. Very close to the airport and the Central Airport Plaza Mall and on the Mahidol Highway. Yes, a bit far from the old town and away from the center of most of the things happening but if you are looking to stay away from the hustle bustle then it is a good choice. Bicycling, Grab, Songthaew and now the Blue Buses help. If you explore a bit you will find everything you need around the place.||||The rooms are comfortable with attached bathroom and a tiny balcony. The corner rooms have more sunlight owing to the balcony and the window which I very much like. 99% of the times I don't use the air-conditioning and leave the balcony and windows open. Yes, all rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. ||||There is a cute garden on the 1st floor where people relax and chill. There is also the free coffee and tea laid out near the lobby area. You can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner in peace. The rooftop is also a good space especially at sunset with the mountain view.||||The beds are comfortable with plush pillows and cushions for a good nights sleep. You can get the sheets and covers changed as per your convenience.||||In the reception, there is water, free as well buyable as well as some beers, soft drinks, and edible items, just in case you are super hungry and not motivated enough to step out.||||WiFi is available on all floors and is free. The electricity cost depends on how much you spend in the month, at 8 Baht per unit.||||The staff is Thai and always polite, warm and smiling. There is also the cats, friendly, cuddly and love interacting with the guests. So, for now, I am enjoying my stay here and might stay another month before moving into a house.

This hotel is super clean, simple decorated with very helpful staff. We have arrived close to a midnight and got very good walk in rate. I think those rooms should definitely cost more but the location is keeping it low. It was close to a numerous car's rental companies, which we needed to return our car to, that's why we have choose to stay at this place. Hotel stuff were ever so friendly and let us to use their private motorbikes for no charge for a few hours. Overall a. Rey pleasant stay. Thank you.

We stayed there one night before our flight next morning. We booked this because it is very close to the airport and we didn't expect any special type accommodation. Price was reasonable, inexpensive but it was clean and well maintained. Several downside things were not convenient entrance; narrow and very busy road, difficult to drive in and out. Sadly a large construction was going on nearby and we could see it from our room window. All in all, this is a reasonable and inexpensive hotel for overnight... 1 night is ok.

This is a wonderful place to stay in every respect except that taxis just don't want to take you there. There is a crazy one way road that means they have to drive kilometres out of the way to get back to anywhere. Even with extra financial incentive they are reluctant to go there. Travel operators will also not pick up from the door as it is 'too far' (essentially the same reason). Getting to the nearby Airport Plaza shopping Centre is however, quite easy and we found it better to just go there and walk the couple of blocks back to the hotel. A bit of a nuisance though when you are hot and tired after a long day enjoying the sites, or when it is raining. On the other hand, it's convenient if you want to pick up dinner as there are lots of places to eat at the shopping centre. ||The hotel itself is great. Clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly and very reasonably priced.

Though the hotel is very near to the central mall and airport, it requires lot of work towards cleanliness. Found a cockroach in the fridge.

Nice, inexpensive place to stay, convenient to Central Airport Plaza. A bit slow to get here during evening rush hour. At one point they served breakfast on the roof, but now they just have coffee and bread served in the lobby.

nice room, friendly staff and close to the airport and very close to the Chiang Mai Airport Plaza Mall. I was staying in room 0403, i couldnt find a telephone in the room just in case would like to ring the front desk for a wake call and etc. The room cleanliness on my level of satisfaction and has balcony too. They offering a transfer to airport with THB 150 only.
