Excellent Stay – Comfortable and Welcoming Rooms I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The room had all the modern amenities I needed — fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV. Overall, the hotel rooms exceeded my expectations. They struck the perfect balance between luxury and functionality, making my stay very comfortable.

Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, and we would describe it as one of the worst we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were constantly asked for extra money, and it felt like the staff was only interested in getting additional payments rather than providing good service. This lack of cooperation was a recurring issue. On top of that, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, which added to our discomfort. Despite our stay lasting only about ten hours, it was a truly bad experience that we would not want to repeat.

Not even 1 star👎 They said the toilet was sanitized but it was obviously unclean. There were cockroaches in the room too. Staff was polite and nice but when we asked for an extra bed in the room, they brought in a mattress to sleep on the floor and we had to request for the bed cot. Fan regulator was a fake plastic one sticked to the wall so we couldn't change fan speed. There was no water in the bathroom one morning to meet basic needs. We were late to enter the room as they were cleaning even after we checked in and when it was time to checkout,they were putting unwanted pressure on us. There was complementary water bottle only on the first day and we had to pay extra for the rest. All services were not worth the value. Definitely could be improved👍

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in recent times. The only reason we booked this hotel was its close proximity to the Meenakshi Amman temple. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The hotel has no parking space of its own and advised us to use a private parking facility a few meters away, claiming that the charges would be covered by them. We paid the parking fee upfront expecting a refund, but the hotel later denied it and even created a huge scene. The parking staff were also extremely rude and impolite. On top of that, the hotel did not even provide complimentary water bottles. The management was unprofessional, and the staff were rude, impolite, and unhelpful. Overall: Worst hotel, worst management, worst staff. Avoid at all costs.

Only money minded place. Staff will ask for extra money for everything. We did an early checking. No one informed us about charges for early checking. Once we settled in the room they will keep calling for extra money. Then negotiation starts. We didn't paid anything though. Cleaning was at its worst. You can see cockroaches roaming around. Continuous noise coming from surrounding. I will never recommend such a thing as a hotel. It won't be wrong to consider it as a cheap stay where you want to stay for couple of hours. Hotel staff was also very unprofessional.

24/25-07-25,Staff service total waste, morning breakfast not provided. We stay two days room service poor. They never changed bedsheets and towels no sweep and cleaning also. Asking 1000 rupees advance before reach the hotel. Hotel recepnised service not satisfied for customer..... For couple one day rent 2800,not worth. When vocate the room every one scroll there hair for money collection.to management pls satisfied ur customer. Next time i never choose this hotel.. Bye bye

**Worst stay** I booked a room in TM hotel by online for my stay in Madurai, but what I got was far from it. The room was in terrible condition, with damaged furniture, broken tiles, and a leaking ceiling. The AC and TV didn't work. There were heavy noise in and around the hotel. It felt more like a cheap lodge than a hotel. After complaining to the reception, they finally moved me to a slightly better room, but the whole experience was very disappointing. I feel cheated and want to warn others to avoid this place

Me and my family were trying to book a hotel room on 28.05.25 around 11:00 PM. Ms Thenmozhi who was attending the reception told us over the phone that there were two rooms available for the price range of 2500/- we requested for 1 room and she told us to pay 1000 Rs in advance to block the room for us. I paid that and started from my location and reached the hotel. After visiting here due to her negligence we were told that there were no rooms available and they would refund the money to us. It was never about the money. It was about verbal and message confirmation which she offered. Which we trusted and went there. We waited in the midnight hours in a hotel lounge which was totally unsafe. Also, the hotel looked very shady. I would not recommend anyone to book a hotel. Ms Thenmozhi has completely ruined the experience for us.
