Close to the train station. I booked a single room. There were a lot of mosquitoes, I don't know where they were coming from, maybe from the hood. You can also hear the entire floor through this hood, so forget about a normal sleep. Towel and soap are provided.

Excellent Stay – Comfortable and Welcoming Rooms I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The room had all the modern amenities I needed — fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV. Overall, the hotel rooms exceeded my expectations. They struck the perfect balance between luxury and functionality, making my stay very comfortable.

Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, and we would describe it as one of the worst we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were constantly asked for extra money, and it felt like the staff was only interested in getting additional payments rather than providing good service. This lack of cooperation was a recurring issue. On top of that, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, which added to our discomfort. Despite our stay lasting only about ten hours, it was a truly bad experience that we would not want to repeat.

Please avoid this hotel. It is worse than a lodge. The rooms are too small, bathroom was not good, the flush was not working. Overall, it is better to avoid this hotel. The hotel people are just for money, and they don't care about the guest. In my room the tv was not working and i complained them 2 times, but there was no proper response from the staff. My experience with them was very bad and i will never book this hotel next time.

Advantage- Very close to railway station and 1km to temple west tower. Pure veg restaurants on both sides of hotel with filter coffee. Lift facility available. Concerns During booking they Said complimentary breakfast but didn’t give. When asked they were not sure. Then after showing the booking message they offered the next day but we were busy visiting temple. So breakfast is just a booking gimmicks. Some of their staffs will keep asking tips without any service. Cannot come with self driven car and aged people. The street is so narrow that the other vehicles will not even allow to get down from car. For Guests staying for more than a day they need to provide water bottle daily but the hotel will refuse and we need to debate. Finding cab service is tough because of busy area. Personal appreciation One of staff was kind enough to pick us from the station when we were confused with the location.

Apart from the location since it is nearby to railway station and Meenakshi temple i don't have anything else to mention positive about this hotel. These guys are purely money minded and least care about guests or complaints. When i booked the room on phone they agreed for the tariff which i requested but at the time of checkout, they collected more than what was agreed earlier. Overall, the rooms are not really worth for the money which we pay. TV was not working for me and in spite of complaining 2 times nobody bothered to fixup the issue. The bathroom are too small and flush was not working. Overall, very poor services and bad experience. Please think twice before booking this hotel again.

Not even 1 star👎 They said the toilet was sanitized but it was obviously unclean. There were cockroaches in the room too. Staff was polite and nice but when we asked for an extra bed in the room, they brought in a mattress to sleep on the floor and we had to request for the bed cot. Fan regulator was a fake plastic one sticked to the wall so we couldn't change fan speed. There was no water in the bathroom one morning to meet basic needs. We were late to enter the room as they were cleaning even after we checked in and when it was time to checkout,they were putting unwanted pressure on us. There was complementary water bottle only on the first day and we had to pay extra for the rest. All services were not worth the value. Definitely could be improved👍

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in recent times. The only reason we booked this hotel was its close proximity to the Meenakshi Amman temple. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The hotel has no parking space of its own and advised us to use a private parking facility a few meters away, claiming that the charges would be covered by them. We paid the parking fee upfront expecting a refund, but the hotel later denied it and even created a huge scene. The parking staff were also extremely rude and impolite. On top of that, the hotel did not even provide complimentary water bottles. The management was unprofessional, and the staff were rude, impolite, and unhelpful. Overall: Worst hotel, worst management, worst staff. Avoid at all costs.
