TMZ Tours

We are from New Mexico and took the 2 hr TMZ Tour and it was completely worth it. We arrived early and had lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe which is where the TMZ desk is. The tour was informative, interactive, and overall very interesting. I love that there are also monitors in the bus and you see bits of the show that talks about the information of the locations that they’re showing you. We had so much fun and spotted Jonathan Majors, which was so cool. I watch TMZ almost every night and this was definitely bucket list. Our guide was so nice and knowledgeable and had a very good personality. Definitely recommend!

The TMZ Hollywood tour was entertaining and informative. Like a whale watching tour, but better. Good Day LA anchors helped narrate the tour; their banter was hilarious and fresh. Everyone on the tour received TMZ t-shirts and free pizza from Doughbrik's when we stopped at the shop. I would highly recommend the tour for all ages !

Layne our tour guide was awesome!! (And the driver, but I don’t remember his name, sorry) She’s very funny and engaging! We did see Doc Rivers! He came on over to the bus to say hi to us.

Always wanted to be on one of these tour buses. Had an amazing experience touring famous spots in Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the Sunset Strip.

Tour guide was very friendly. Fun environment! Driving was great. Highly recommend taking the tour.

I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve only been to the LA area three times. Three different tours this was the best one by far. Comfortable seating on the bus. Tour guide was knowledgeable and had a good time on the selfie bus

We went on 10/23 Friday. Kudos to the host "Kapone" he was a hoot!!! A little disappointed that we didn't get to go into the neighborhoods and see celebrity houses.. it was more of a city tour ..

My best friend and I went on the TMZ TOUR for my birthday. I've been a huge fan since the very beginning. Although I live only an hour away, I'd always wanted to do this tour. I would highly recommend this tour because the seats are super comfortable and each seat has a perfect view of all the celebrity Hotspots. I will give one warning to be aware of before you go. It is a 2 hour tour and there aren't any bathroom breaks. So just be aware of that. Our tour guide was BLAIR MOON. He was outstanding!!! Very professional and super friendly!!! Thank you Blair for making my birthday experience one of the best birthdays ever!!!

Seriously an unforgettable experience! I went on the TMZ After Dark Tour bus this past weekend and had an absolute blast! Ray J & Ms. Corrie Renee were amazing hosts! Definitely an experience to remember, I've already told all my friends this is experience is a must do!

Our tour guide Lane was phenomenal!! She was filled with fun facts and knowledge!! What a dynamic personality!!! Our bus driver Kyle was great too!!

I'm a Los Angeles local and I've never done one of these "celebrity tours". I happened to be in the area for another event, so why not go out as a full tourist. As it turns out, we were the only "locals" on the bus that day. Trish "the dish" was our tour guide and she was great. She was very funny and knowledgeable about all the sights that we saw along the way. It's a two hour tour and it goes by so fast. We did see a celebrity but the other passengers didn't follow Trish's instructions and I don't think she was able to use the footage from that encounter. That was a bummer, but people get excited. The van is comfortable even though the seats have seen better days. There are no windows so you can take a lot of pictures without an obstructed view. It does get a little chilly but I brought a blanket so I wouldn't get cold. On the way back we passed by a motorcycle street gang group. That was an interesting experience. They sort of took over the road and were revving up their engines to get people's attention. It was a very unique group of people. Be sure to bring tip money for both the tour guide and the driver. Driving around the streets of LA/Hollywood is NO EASY task. I've been doing it for 30 years and it sucks. Keeping people engaged and entertained for two hours is also a difficult task. The price of the tour is a good deal in my opinion...so don't be cheap, tip generously.

Worst time ever DONT WAST YOUR TIME. ray j was the host. He showed up drunk during the tour he screaming FREE DIDDY out the bus. We went to 3 bars fist one not a soul inside we stood there for like 40 mins doing nothing. Got back on the bus and they took the back streets all we were seeing was homeless and closed businesses. We took shots at all bars and they were the nastiest shots they gave us the worst headaches. When we came out the second bar ray j was gone he just dipped out didn't say nothing. DONT WAST YOUR TIME

Omgosh this was so much fun at first I was skeptical about the experience but the tour is so much fun we did the celebrity that goes around Hollywood, Beverly Hills and rodeo drive. The tour guid host is HILARIOUS and so out going, knowledgeable and passionate about her role! She was the vibe. She made it what it was!!!! The bus driver was super cool too. Highly recommend!

So the tour picks up in front of the hard rock cafe, when you arrive ahead of your booking time, just go into the restaurant there is a check in desk for the tours across from the hostess stand. I goofed and got the dates mixed up, but they were able to accommodate us for a tour later in the day and it all worked out as we were able to grab a bite to eat before the tour. The tour itself was a lot of fun, I learned what tmz actually stands for. And we also rode by various areas where famous people are snapped by TMZ cameras. Certainly gave us a different view of LA versus me driving my husband around pointing stuff out. Also some other cool tid-bits were learned during this tour. I'd certainly recommend it. The buses aren't very big either which also makes it nice. But be warned there are no restrooms on the bus and if they have to stop to let you off for a bio break they will leave you where you got dropped off. So make sure to handle your stuff before boarding.

This is super lame. Our guide was clearly disinterested in us. They basically bus you around Hollywood pretending to look for celebrities while the guide constantly picks up his camera reminding you to tell him if a celeb is outside. They play little clips from TMZ (which aren't at all as entertaining) as TMZ. They basically credit TMZ with making the restaurants they point out famous. They do not allow food or drink on the bus, you can't even take water for an hour and half drive to nowhere. I could have driven down Hollywood Blvd by myself and followed a map. No celebrity houses, very little information. I learned more on our Hollywood hike. Save your money. It's lame.

I took your after dark bus tour on Friday October 24, 2025 with Eli Roth. It was absolutely horrible. I don't know if what you show to promote the tours are real or we just got a really crappy tour. It started off OK. Eli Roth was on the other bus so we didn't get to see him. We stopped at the first bar. Had a shot hung out for a while. Eli came in didn't talk to anyone except the TMZ people. We leave the first bar thinking we're going to the other 2 bars. We don't. We end up at Slasher World. Not a bar and we're told we're going to stay there for an hour and not go to the other two bars. Why? Everyone was so mad. It's not even a bar. They put out some cans of warm White Claw. Not the fun time you show on TV. Two people left said this is stupid and took an Uber. Everyone else who stayed was complaining so they said they'd take us to another bar. We all get on the bus thinking we're going to maybe have a good time at another bar. We get on and are told we're not going to another bar because our bus had a group of 20 and they didn't want to go because they were very disappointed and just wanted to go home. Since they were the majority they just ended the tour. So we went to one bar got a shot, had a celebrity who looked like he didn't want to be there and didn't socialize. A refund is definitely required as we got absolutely nothing that was promised. Very disappointed. Drove over 2 hours to get there from Fountain Valley with all the Friday night traffic and it was nothing like described.

Melissa our tour guide was great. She was fun and informative. Only downside was the other passengers, who made the bus stop twice.

The tour front is located inside the Hard Rock Cafe. I personally think this is one of the best tours to experience if you are in Hollywood, interested in celebrities, and want to know where they hang out, eat, and shop. The TMZ tour is interactive and the tour guide is super knowledgeable and works on the TMZ show. Our tour guide emily was very knowledgeable and showed us all of the celeb hotspots around town. We even got to see a celebrity! Not a super big name but we caught Katie Maloney from Vanderpump Rules eating dinner on the patio of one of the restaurants we drove by. Emily engaged with her and got her on the TMZ camera. Katie didn't seem too excited, but she did wave at us when Emily screamed out her name. It was juicy considering she is going through a divorce but we saw her with a man there eating on the patio. That's the kind of thing you hope to see when spending good money on a Hollywood celebrity tour. Overall a great time! Very engaging and loved all the little trivia that came with it. Check it out!

ABSOLUTE MUST DO if you're visiting LA. If you care about pop culture and celebrity, this is your tour. Probably not best for people interested in LA's rich culture and history. We didn't see a celebrity but still had a good enough time to call this 5 stars. Our tour guide Lane really was invested in creating a positive experience for all attendees. She (white woman) did at times employ what some may call a blaccent. While not our cup of tea, she had an arsenal of jokes, some of which were hits. She was obviously very knowledgeable and unflappable. It's clear that she's very experienced. We really hope that she books the Disney role she mentioned!!! She'd be amazing in that environment. If you're going for games, don't. If you're going for a free t-shirt, be loud!! If you have a funny friend and $1.75, you can replicate this tour and probably have a more personalized experience on LA public transit (specifically the 2 bus towards WeHo). Regardless, totally do it!!! We have zero regrets and loved that we got to keep the badges.

Emily gave a fantastic tour! She was so knowledgeable on everything, even though it's her job to be she really blows it out of the park! The tour was two hours but it was so entertaining I couldn't believe more than 15 minutes went by. Check in is located in the actual Hard Rock Cafe store, where you get a VIP pass with your number to get onto the bus. All staff associated were friendly and helpful. Our tour bus was fortunate enough to even get a wave from Kate Maloney, who starred on Vanderpump Rules. Overall, the experience was a phenomenal one and well worth the price. I highly recommend everyone to go on TMZ's celebrity tour at least once!

Eunice was our tour guide and she was fun and knowledgable. We enjoyed seeing all the area landmarks. We ate at the Hard Rock beforehand which is where you check in for the tour. My advice is to call and check on your scheduled tour at least a week before going. For some reason the type of tour we had booked 2 months ago was no longer scheduled. Thankfully we had checked in early and found out early enough to leave on another tour that was just about to depart. We enjoyed this tour and would do it again. Thank you, Eunice!

Went on a tour today with bus 3. Had a confirmed sighting. Fun guide, great local knowledge tips to spot celeb's. Good times.

It was a fun way to tour LA. Learned about various landmarks and restaurants. In my opinion, the right side of the bus will give you a better view. Great tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and interactive.

It was fun, our hostess was cute, we definitely saw the best spots in LA, but the content was soSO outdated, nobody cared about Britney or Paris. ... and I with they would incorporate home tours to feel more current.

I have been on other tours multiple times with family visiting. I decided to try TMZ for my mom and aunt that just spent a week with me and this was awful and not nearly as good as other tours. The driver went too fast, it was hard to hear what they were saying, too hard to see the screen to play games while driving around, and the condition of the bus was terrible (see photo)! Not as described at all:( As per the TMZ site, "And our bus ... it's the best, most luxurious in town, with plush seats, phone chargers, a state-of-the-art audio/video system ... even a bathroom!" Haha! What a joke!

I took this tour on a Saturday afternoon, and while we didn't see any celebrities, I had a great time! You check in at the front desk inside the Hard Rock Cafe and can get 2 hours of parking validated. Neda was a wonderful tour guide and was super energetic and engaging! It was also great to see lots of notable spots in LA and learn more about the history and fun facts.

Came here to do the typical LA tour with my family. We came into the office and made it just in time for the next tour. We waited 30 minutes and got in the bus. Nice seats, mini TVs, and a big score....phone outlets! Our tour guide was Josh. Super cool and funny. We enjoyed his company. The tour itself takes you around the star hangout spots in the Hollywood area. Latoya Jackson was getting her star on the walkway right before we left so not sure if this was the so called "star" siting. Non the less, we didn't see any other stars. Booo! I was for sure hyped we're gonna see at least a C or D list celebrity. I probably wouldn't pay $50 again but it was all about the experience.

The stars are for the tour guide who was a personable and kind. We went on a rainy day, not sure why the bus doesn't have windows? I mean, I understand that it rarely rains in Hollywood, but the bus should have windows if it's going to operate in the rain. With that being said...we spent 2 hours driving around sight seeing...and there were obviously no celebrities out, LOL. We went because a relative of mine was celebrating an anniversary and that was his deal. He really enjoyed it.

Big name!! big price!!! Bad tour!! No fun!! did not see any famous houses!! Drove around the town for 2 hours looking for famous people. Didn't go see the Hollywood sign. My tour guide was not even fun. She was Very boring. waste of money. This is a minus star. Waiting for this day to come and it was such a disappointment.

I think they should change the name. I have a friend that have taken this tour 2 times and she didn't see any celebrity. Well my friends and I took this tour because we thought we would see someone famous. We took the tour on Sunday after noon around 3pm. It cost around $60.00 dollars and it's 2 hours long. The host was great. I wished I remember his name. He helped to make things a little interesting. The tour pretty much took us through LA. We went passed restaurants, shops and clubs that celebrities are seen at. It was a nice history lesson about celebrities but it would have been nice to see the real thing.

This was on of the activities we looked forward to most during our visit to Los Angeles. The bus is very nice. Since it was raining that day, we didn't get the full experience, but thr tour guide did an excellent job keeping us entertained. She had ongoing trivia prizes, gifts for the birthday riders, and her overall tone and engagement was great! The ride is about two hours with no stops, so make sure you use the restroom before pulling off. They gave us badges to wear and we were able to keep them for a souviner. I enjoyed. When I go back to L.A. hopefully the weather will be better so I can do it again!

Had a great time yesterday celebrating our friend's birthday with including this tour. Tish our tour guide was wonderful. Her enthusiasm, sense of humor and genuine beautiful personality made it enjoyable and fun. Thanks TMZ! A must try!

I'm just saying, give that woman her ...TODAY!!!. Despite not seeing any celebrities, she made the tour hella fun. We came back to Houston with our own collection of Melanie-isms: "Where do I know you from!?" "You're rich."

Fantastic, interactive and fun tour. Our guide was TMZ's very own Malcolm who was high energy, informative, personable, funny and helped us enjoy a packed two hour tour! And yes, we did encounter a celebrity, Claudia Jordan of Housewives of Atlanta, who Malcolm persuaded to board our TMZ Bus, greet us, and a complete a short interview. We had a blast and highly recommend the TMZ Tour, as clearly the celebrities love TMZ and will likely jump on the bus!! @Malcolm -- let us know the air date of the interview and our cameo TV appearance. We love TMZ!

My friend wanted to check this tour out and we took the 11:30AM tour with a $10 off discount. Our tour guide was Shy/Chy and she was so sweet and entertaining. Unfortunately we didn't see any celebrities but trust me our necks and heads were turning and stretching for two hours scoping the streets like teenage groupies. Lmao. It was all good and fun. We rode around Hollywood, West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. I felt like I was on a TMZ live show with stories from the guide and then old excerpts from old TMZ stories. They were hilarious and informative (gossip and juicy stuff, lol) This is not your historical and educational tour about LA. This is your who got busted with a stripper on this exact street or which celebrity busted his head at that sign over there kind of tour. Overall, we had a great time and laughed a lot.

We took a Monday morning tour so not surprising that we didn't spot any celebrities but that's ok, our hilarious tour guide Malcolm more than made up for it with laughs. I definitely recommend TMZ Tours, even for locals just looking to be tourists.

It was my families first time on this tour. It was fun and entertaining and the tour guide was amazing. She ran out of the car to track down John sally. And we met one of the legendary basketball players. What a fun experience that I would definitely do again with my husband.

We watch TMZ pretty much every day so this bus tour has been our to do list for a while now.... There are a zillion bus tours of Hollywood to choose from with some taking you to the "stars" homes but let's be honest who knows who really lives there... This tour is fun and easy to find... wasn't 2 hours as claimed but so what it was close enough. The shop where you lineup smells like dirty feet so that needs to be fixed... Harvey get on that please... I think I tipped too much but I didn't know the etiquette so just gave our tour guide person a $20

I thought of this more of a Cultural/Historical Tour of the WeHo/Hollywood/Beverly Hills area rather than a Celebrity Tour. Like many attendees, I follow TMZ on social media and watch their TV show occasionally. I know they are a pretty legit source for all things celeb gossip. It's like my tour guide Loren knew exactly what I was looking for in a tour based on all the shows I watch! #AllTheGossip I had high hopes we would run into at least one brunching celeb (who would joyfully jump on the bus and take selfies), but alas that didn't happen. By about halfway in I expected we wouldn't see any. The video clips played throughout were helpful as well as Loren having some personal anecdotes, but the TMZ voice after awhile is a little much. Was disappointed in myself that I failed the game to not win one of Harvey's tumblers. For the price of the tour it'd be nice to get one as a parting gift. Not sure if it is worth the $50... maybe $30/$40 at most. It was a fun way to kill a few hours.

This was a fun way to go around the Hollywood area. If you like TMZ you'll probably like this tour. Our guide was entertaining (forget her name). If you find TMZ annoying, well then you obviously won't care for this tour.

If you like to sit in silence while a very unfunny human reads from an outdated script, take this tour. If you have personality or enjoy having a good time, choose something else. And if Lane/Lain (sp?) is your guide, wait for the next bus.

Such a great tour!! The tour guide was funny and very nice. The TMZ video's they show are so funny!!! the bus they use is very nice and clean and comfortable. This is the best way to see all the sites in LA.

Tour guides are absolutely too disrespectful. And very profiling. Need to get rid of him especially if he doesn't know they have special needs or autistic. Did my boy CMAC dirty.

Lonni MADE the tour soooo fun! We went for my nephews 16th birthday and he will never forget this tour! He won a prize which was awesome and actually so did I!! I definitely recommend this tour. The fact that it was filled with lots of TMZ clips that went eight along with the tour made it that much more engaging. Thanks Lonni an
