To Anamma Traditional Restaurant

Dinner here on Monday, 2nd March was a truly delightful experience. The food was delicious, especially the lamb and the two ladies who served us were so charming and kind. There was a family birthday party in a separate space and the happiness they all shared made us even happier to be in such a lovely place. All the plants in pots above the tables are so cleverly done.They look wonderful and add enormously to the beautiful atmosphere. 100% worth every cent. Thank you 😊

Lovely place in Nicosia for lunch. It is located on the Greek Cypriot side of Nicosia and its frontage isnt very impressive but there is a lovely garden like seating area at the back of the cafe where we had our lunch. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was quick.

It is very beautiful patio which you really enjoy. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist with your selection. So I trusted it and tried the Cyprus plate with the mixed grill. As I saw this was the one of the most popular plate, for tourists! The plate comes and sheftalia was missed, the one skewer with kitchen was half, same for sausage. The food was not good and looks like that was pre grilled and heated again probably in microwave. French fries not handmade and fresh. I would recommend it as there are few others in the area that you can try.

This place is a true gem of traditional Cypriot cuisine! 🇨🇾 The food was so delicious it almost made me cry with happiness ❤️ — every dish felt made with love and incredible attention to detail. The staff were unbelievably kind and attentive; their warm smiles and care created a genuine atmosphere of hospitality. A special compliment goes to the cozy courtyard with its beautiful garden 🌿, where you can sit for hours enjoying the scents of herbs and the sea breeze. The complimentary dessert at the end of the evening was such a wonderful surprise — honestly, it was the most delicious dessert I’ve ever had in my life! 🍰 I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to experience the authentic taste of Cyprus and the true kindness its people are known for 💛

Absolutely go there for dinner if you’re visiting the area! The inner courtyard has a magical atmosphere at night, plus the live music at the time when we went there was a cherry on the top! Got the “Platter for two B” and shared between three women, went home completely stuffed! Also kudos to the staff for being so nice to us, unforgettable experience :) They gave us free panna cotta, plus recommended the traditional shots of ouzo and raki!

I stopped here for an early dinner after an afternoon exploring the city and was seated in a lovely garden area. Service was quite slow, both to have the order taken and receive the food. I ordered the Cyprus Platter. When the food arrived it was very disappointing as nothing on the plate was hot. It was as if it had been sitting for a while in the cold before they brought it to the table. No one approached to ask how my meal was and I was not asked when paying either. Also, it was supposed to come with pita and pickles which it didn’t. After a while I called a girl over and asked for the pita (It arrived hot thankfully) The flavour of the food was nice and everyone was given a free dessert.

The place looks really beatiful, it has a lot of natural shade, feels great, not hot at all. There was live music, the food was delicious. I gave 4 stars for service because we waited a lot for a guy to come so we can pay. Great little restaurant.

Musaka tasted great, so did the grilled vegetables and grilled chicken. Live music made the atmosphere even better. Finally we were treated free dessert.
