We were brought here for a lunch by our guide, Tas, from Ancient City Tours, and it was one of the best meals on our trip!
We had a salad (the Paramithi Salad) that was to die for; I’m still trying to recreate it at home — mixed greens, soft white cheese, flakes of phyllo, red beets, tomato, cucumber, sesame seeds and a vinaigrette.
We also had some wonderful dolmadakia and a surprisingly good minced beef steak. Like the best, most flavorful hamburger meat you’ve ever tasted. SO good!
