We went there because a friend suggested the place. I must say that the meat was good, and especially the sausage. The tenderloin was a bit dry... and the fried french potatoes as a side is such a cheap option that doesn't match the originality of the place! As for the salad, nothing special, without much oil that is expected for a greek salad. The eggplant salad was just a failure, no taste, nothing special. Tip! With a bit of lemon and garlic the taste would improve a lot!! That's all! As for the prices, we paid a lot for that quality. Sorry but we do not suggest it.

Best meats in Athens. Freshly made and traditionally cooked with top dish a kilo of lamp chops. Cold beer variety of dishes. Delicious melt in your mouth. Top service , very clean delicious food, Cold beer nice atmosphere definitely recommended.

Incredible food, as local as it gets! Great vibe and fair prices. I’d definitely eat here again if I had more time. Only downside was the number of big wasps, which was a bit annoying.

we got there not by a recommendation but while we were looking for close by places. while getting closer, we heard laughter and kids running, we didn’t know it was the place, to the point where if it wasn’t we were going in. its full of greens, you don’t see what’s happening inside but from the outside you know you wanna be part of what’s happening inside. we got in, full of people on thursday nights 23:00 (mostly locals) - everyone is happy, amazing service, fantastic food. go there! it is just perfect.

The Menu is small, which isn't generally a problem. If stuff is good i prefer it over big menus. The lamb chops are cutted a bit thin, therefore they are a bit dry, even though they have a nice taste as grilled over fire. Tzatziki no oliveoil or olives and a bit average taste, grilled peppers average and cold, would prefer them a bit warmer, fries not cooked well. Xorta were good. For me, who works in hospitality, the experience of the service is not even average. Cold as f..., which makes you feel not very welcomed. You immediately realize, noone actually wants or is passionate to work here. With little effort, things could bei improved massively. Housewine is nice. I like the original Ambiente. Free desert was nice to get, but unfortinately also average. We paid 55 Euro and i asked, if i could See the bill first and the waiter answered i bring it to you as soon as you paid 🤣 Cannot recommend it as it is right now.

It looked like a nice place to sit in the garden and I even got recommendations but unfortunately the experience was lame. The service was very slow and I ordered the lamb chops, which were so dry it was barely edible. It was served with fries which were cold. The place is not that cheap like most food around athens, so it was disappointing.

Great local taverna! Their open space seating area is very nice and calm. The lamb chops and sausage are amazing! We had a lovely time.
