Great Greek taverna with homestyle traditional food, good service and huge portions! We went here 3 times during our stay in Samos and every time we’re amazed at how good the food is. The menu does not say much about the dishes, it is very simplistic but everything was a flavorful bomb! The casserole dishes in particular are amazing and a staple of the Greek cuisine that you won’t find anythwere else. We had goat, lamb, beef liver, tzatziki and Fava and left full and happy.

Outstanding. Service and food was so good - we visited twice. Located off the touristy overpriced harbor restaurants and across from the Town Hall of Pythagorio. Prices were very reasonable. This is what we had - The flavor of the traditional chicken was very flavorful and the chicken souvlaki- although pretty standard at any restaurant but most of the time overcooked/dry - was extremely tender and juicy. Second visit had the Lamb in lemon sauce and garlic and Meatballs.

Typical Greek restaurant where just a few people run the whole enterprise. The food is great, I've had a few things - the lamb in the oven with lemon and garlic sauce was heavenly good. I was not impressed by the beef stifado as the meat was bit chewy. Great service - kudos to these hard-working people ❤️ the photos aren't very appealing but they were taken at night time and low light.

We follow good reviews but the overall experience was not good. Atmosphere is nice, quite, setting is also good. We started with greek salad and home made cheesepie, both dishes were ok allthough we tasted better. Next two dishes suppose to be top, eggplants with tomato sauce from the oven and lamb with tomato sauce. Eggplants plate was cold and also lamb plate was cold. We returned, paid only first two dishes and left dissapointed.

Best souvlaki I have ever eaten. Last year, I found Tigani coincidentally and ordered souvlaki in the first place. The meat was very soft and melted in my mouth, and it was served with a very delicious small side salad and tzatziki, as well as very tasty small pieces of bread. This year I also ordered the same dish and the result was again amazing. What is a big, bold plus is the politeness and friendliness of the staff. They make you feel welcome from the moment you step in, with their warm greetings and attentive service. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, creating a perfect setting for enjoying a meal with family or friends. Overall, Tigani has consistently delivered exceptional food and top-notch service. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Greek cuisine. I can't wait to return and try more dishes from their menu. Five stars all the way!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was a more local-style taverna in Samos, and both the food and service were excellent. I especially loved the fried chickpea balls—they were so good, I asked for the recipe, and the cook personally came out to explain it to me in detail. Such a warm and genuine experience. Highly recommended!

Tigani was the highlight of our trip — the best food we had in Samos! This charming tavern serves authentic traditional dishes at very reasonable prices. We tried the rooster in wine sauce, liver, pork tenderloin, sautéed mushrooms, and a fresh salad — everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was excellent: quick, polite, and genuinely friendly. A must-visit for anyone who wants to enjoy truly tasty traditional Greek cuisine!

It's called the frying pan. And all of its dishes prepared with a frying pan are excellent. We had the sauted mushrooms with cheese that was excellent. As well as the the chicken in a musketeers cream sauce!
