Toastface Grillah

As a Wu-Tang and Toastie fan, this place did not disappoint! Nice spot, centrally located, with outdoor seating. On the recommendation of the lady that served me, I ordered the Ol Faithful and loaded beef chilli fries ... the toastie was made of quality ingredients, great flavors and served hot! Highly recommend 👌🏾

We had the ol traditional and chillizilla. Both toasties were delicious. The chilli gave a great heat that didn't build. Espresso was good also. So good after trying others we returned here. Best we've found in Perth.

So we used to frequent TFG at the old location and have missed it, but on a wander through the city we found them again...happy days! We had the Snoop Hogg and Chillionairre, love the names as per always. I was very happy with the food, the Snoop Hogg had a pleasant sweet note and a solid mid note, it tapered and didn't have an end note which was fine as the flavour profile was nicely balanced. The Chillionairre was a star, full jalapeno flavour to begin, solid gruyere mid note and a late building heat, this was fantastic. I would order it next time so I didn't have to steal bites from the wife. It was a little disappointing the more unique sandwiches are no longer being offered, they used to have a gouda and pear(among other ingredients) sandwich and the joy of TFG was finding something unique you could never have anywhere else. In addition, the new store lacks that unique off-the-grid feel of the old place, the seating area was both communal and separate, hard to explain but it made the whole experience unique. Now there is lots of merch right in your face as you walk in, not sure about any of that. We will be back, the pricing is very reasonable, the food is well thought out and the staff is friendly.

Was searching for Perth lobster roll (closed) and chanced upon Toastface Grillah, less than 5 mins from Oaks Perth. Tried their Classic and Pulled Beef. Loved it. Very nice toast and popular with lunch time crowd.

My coworker and I followed the music down a small alleyway to find this very cool and hidden sandwich shop. It has a very laid-back and urban feel that makes you feel like you have discovered a city secret. The grilled cheese was hot and perfectly toasted, making it a very satisfying choice for a quick lunch. I really liked the casual street-style vibe and the friendly, easy-going attitude of the people working there. It’s a great, unpretentious spot for a fast and delicious bite while you are wandering through the city.

Found out about this place online.. Based on some good reviews, went for a dine in. Should say this is the best grilled sandwich - crispy, crusty without overly greasy. The fillings are very well seasoned and meat is tender. Love love Snoop Hogg & The Classic. Service was awesome, very friendly staff. Short waiting time. Will come back.

I spent a good ten minutes wandering around the back lanes before I finally spotted the little hole-in-the-wall window tucked away in the shadows. I grabbed a classic grilled cheese and sat on a stack of milk crates, listening to the muffled sound of music coming from the shop. The bread was perfectly charred and the cheese was everywhere, which is exactly what you want from a laneway snack. It felt like a little secret part of the city that only the locals know about, away from the polished storefronts of the main mall. It was a very raw and fun experience that reminded me why I love exploring the CBD.
