Tobys Resort

The resort was great, very friendly staff , great food. My only issue was the ants in the room. Our transport driver Paul was amazing , he was so nice and took us everywhere !

We were stranded by Sunwing, and this little resort took in my wife, our two young boys, and me. The service was better than a 5-star hotel, and the food exceeded anything I've had from room service or buffets. The pool with the little bar was delightful.

Location to downtown makes this place a big plus. The facilities are a bit run down but we did have air conditioning inside of our motel room. The restaurants foods was just ok so a good thing restaurants were in walking distant. Would come back here on a budget as it’s affordable. The drinks were very good and the had the lemon passion red stripe beer there. Nice to be able to walk around downtown since I had my sweetie with me as she was born and raised there for 45 years.

Great garden hotel. Carleen at the front desk was amazing. Miss Pet in dining has a beautiful smile and was equally as amazing. The room was clean, the tv had a great selection of movie choices, the hotel is in a fantastic location to local shopping and the airport. The staff was quite accommodating. I'd stay here again.

We really love this resort! We usually stay here for one night because it's close to the airport, clean, relaxed, and it allows us to get a jump start on our vacation before heading to further areas of Jamaica. Carlene at the front desk was so helpful - going out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The restaurant on property is really nice, with indoor and outdoor seating available. The menu is pretty good and the prices are really reasonable too. |The rooms are decent sized, most have a really nice patio to enjoy the evening from. They are clean and comfortable. The main pool has plenty of seating, a small bar, and it's a great place to relax.

We reached out to the property weeks ahead of our trip for transportation from the airport and we were told a driver would be available outside but that was not the case. Staff weren’t pleasant people from the front desk to the restaurant. They need people skills training. Manager was more personable than others. We checked in the room appeared clean up but thoroughly looking around there was hair in the bed linens. Our second day there was an unpleasant incident of the cleaning staff leaving our room door open without regards to our personal belongings. The restaurant food was good including the drinks. Overall the area was okay, walking distance from other restaurants, beach and shopping stores. Not a bad experience but I would not come back to this resort.

This place came highly recommended by a Jamaucan high school friend of mine. It did what it was supposed to do. Centrally located 3 star hotel within walking distance of the free public beach, shopping, and restaurants (upscale and local). It has a pool, bar, restaurant, fridge and coffee maker in the room. The room was comfy and clean. It met all my expectations. The restaurant recommendations from the hand man were on point! It will be hard for me to stay anywhere else.

Great time and great spot a little Gem.in Mobay great and short trip from the airport 15 min ride tops unless traffic and can always use Northshore Travel group to get you there quickly without being overcharged. Staff is impeccable from Somara and the front desk crew to Mikey the Bartender who.makes great drinks and wicked tunes, staff is courteous and accommodate as much as possible.
