Quite nice and clean, although the room smelled a bit (not a lot) like sweaty shoes. Not the hostel fault I imagine but still not the most pleasant experience. Overall good. No curtains by the bad though which is a nice addition giving privacy.

This time, I was just passing by. One night with some place to crash. Perfect place to do so. It is inexpensive and has everything I need: a bed, a shower, and a superb location with the best connection to the airport and other centers I need to use. When I come to Madrid for longer period of time, in addition I enjoy the breakfast and working from the hotel and chat with the people working there and the customers. The staff is very nice

The only good thing is the location. I’ve had a better night sleep in jail. They give you the thinnest sheet imaginable and a rock hard bed and pillow, then crank the AC 100%. If I had known this I would have worn a parka to bed. None of the showers work properly, backing up with dirt and hair from the drain, and people are coming and going at all hours of the night.

Just back from a four day visit to Madrid with 40 of my students, and had to write what an incredible hostel this was. It’s more like a hotel…. Rooms great, breakfast delicious and staff accomodating at all times, Fernando couldn’t do enough for us - gracias!! I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be using it again :)

Location is unbeatable with a short walk to Plaza Mayor and other interesting sites and well known restaurants and cafes. Also a 2 minute walk to the metro for easy access to your destinations.Room is spacious and clean with clean bedsheets and comfortable bed and lockers are provided. Wash rooms are generally clean but could do with more regular cleaning as there are only 2 toilets for the whole floor. Toiletries are provided but byo towels.Full kitchen facilities are provided but a bit strange that the kitchen and dining area are only open after 8.00am. Overall had a good at this hostel and would highly recommend it.

The hostel experience in the rooms is quite uncomfortable. The bunk beds lack curtains, which means there’s no privacy while sleeping. This also makes it easy to be disturbed whenever someone turns the lights on. Additionally, the kitchen is closed from 10 PM to 8 AM, preventing access during those hours. This means you can’t make a simple tea, retrieve your own items from the fridge, or prepare a late dinner—forcing you to eat out instead. For a better guest experience, the facilities and amenities should be accessible, practical, and convenient 24 hours a day.

The hotel location was perfect. Near to Roma termini. Hotel staffs were friendly and nice too. They even recommend a local restaurant where the prices are reasonable and big portion. Thumbs up :) the room was valued for money and perfect. Thanks for making our trip so memorable with the good service provided. Greetings

The rooms are okay but the beds don’t have curtains so the lights wake everyone up when used. The lockers have room for shirts and clothes to be hung but there’s not rod to hang clothes…. The door also is very loud because you can’t open the handle from the outside to open it quietly. They claim to have a functional kitchen, but have no stove top, so a person can’t even make pasta or boil eggs. I booked for 4 days and wanted to shorten it to 2 but they told me no. Not great customer service. Location is very good. And the room was clean but the showers were not.
