TOCA Soccer and Sports Center Wixom

There are not many places for indoor soccer. So I gave an extra star that. However, the facility is disgusting. Trash overflowing. There is trash all along the areas where families and players stand. The dome is filthy. The bathrooms are dirty and poorly kept up. Some doors do not latch. Many upgrades are needed to make this place a nice place to play. Otherwise it looks like a dump.

Grand daughter started 9-10 classes a month ago and no complaints. This place is soccer extreme all indoors. All the staff is super friendly. Could be cleaned up a little.

As a small business owner myself, I hate leaving bad reviews. But this is crazy. I had a One month contract for flag football booked out with these guys. It was scheduled to begin this afternoon at 12:30 PM. We have to drive out about 45 minutes to get to this facility. We arrive Only to find out they never put us on schedule. The guys at the front desk had no idea what we were talking about and at first tried to blame us. After showing them the emails and text messages that evidence our booking, they began backtracking and blaming their boss. The best they could offer was a practice field that’s ripped apart for $200. I took one good look at the field and told myself I’d rather leave than tear my ACL. The turf was coming out of the floor, barley any of the walls were padded, and there were dead spots all over the field. Most likely going to be canceling the rest of the contract that I have with these guys and going to another facility. Absolutely unprofessional.

Drove an hour to get to the facility just to be told they forgot to confirm our reservation, thankfully they made us sign a contract for the multiple bookings but I guess those terms only apply to us and they don't have to honor it. Rather than trying to find a way to access a field like we had agreed on instead they offered a field where the turf was torn to shreds. While most businesses would see that's not a safe or realistic option for 14 people to move to a field half the size of their original rental these guys decided it should be good enough and were happy to "try to make it right" by reducing our payment about 50 dollars for a field we didn't want.

Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Unsafe – Do Not Book Here If you value your time and safety, avoid this facility. We booked a field a week in advance for a 7-on-7 flag football game and received written confirmation via text. Despite this, when 14 of us arrived after driving 45 minutes, we were told our field was gone. It became clear they had double-booked us to prioritize a friend of the owner or a higher bidder, with zero warning to us. The lack of accountability was shocking. The front desk staff offered no apology and took a not my problem attitude. Instead of a refund or a sincere attempt to fix their mistake, they offered us a storage closet area to play in. This makeshift field was hazardous: the turf was uneven, and the metal sub-flooring was exposed, creating a serious injury risk. To make matters worse, they still attempted to charge us the full $200 rental fee for this unsafe, unplayable space. There was no good faith effort from management to resolve this. This business does not care about its customers or their safety.

Bathrooms and facility were absolutely disgusting. Went to watch my nephews game and used the women's bathroom. Overflowing trash, no soap, it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Bathrooms were just as bad. For as much as teams pay to be here they need to clean the facilities a lot better.

I recently attended the Enhance Flight disc golf putting league on Fridays and had a great experience at this facility. Tons of fun. The drinks were cold, and food was hot. Ill definitely be returning specifically for this disc golf putting league and the great service at the concessions.

Love the coaches and their dedication to teaching my daughters soccer. I am very happy to see my kids look forward to going to TOCA. I absolutely recommend it!
