We loved our stay at Toctoctoc. The staff is amazing! So friendly and helpful and gave us the BEST recommendations for shopping, dining, and making the most out of our first trip to Lisbon. The hotel is adorable and every detail is well thought out. We are obsessed with Paulette, the lobby dog. ❤️ The hotel is in a great location for dining, shopping and sightseeing as well.

Toctoctoc Lisboa is such a special find in Lisbon, I absolutely love it! Gorgeous chic interiors and a lush garden that feel like staying in a friend's home, super-friendly staff that goes out of their way to help, a wonderful breakfast - and the most delicious cakes that you get to enjoy throughout the day. The location is fantastic, too. I highly recommend it!

This boutique hotel is so nice with very accommodating staff. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area of Lisbon but definitely within walking distance to the heart of the city, the river and so many attractions. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean with nice amenities. They also had a great outdoor private garden terrace with an honor bar for guests to relax and enjoy. We did not use a car but be prepared for some pretty strenuous walking with all the hills in Lisbon. We averaged probably 5-6 miles per day. Plenty of places to eat excellent tapas. Such a wonderful and friendly city.

I absolutely loved staying here. It’s such a unique, friendly place I’m so glad exists. Some highlights: The people working there are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is amazing, the gardens are lovely (I had jasmine growing along my window to the garden that made my room smell lovely). I only tried one of the ports at the honesty bar but it was really good and I loved the idea of the honesty bar in general. Oh, and Polette, the golden retriever who is sometimes there, is the sweetest cutie pie. Probably one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. 10/10 would stay here again.

Superb! I am so glad I found this place and highly recommend it. It is stylish yet feels like a home. There’s a communal kitchen, quiet reading corners, a beautiful and lush garden. The location is perfect, tucked away in a vibrant neighbourhood, between the most touristic places and more authentic areas (check campo do ourique). The service is professional and friendly. The overall atmosphere is very pleasant. Do not miss the breakfast that offers a fantastic selection of fresh products including Portuguese cheese, pao de queijo, bread, a delicious buttery brioche, homemade yogurts etc. I will certainly stay here again if I come back to Lisbon.

Exceeded expectations! So clean and fresh and smells amazing. The design is not only beautiful and interesting but considered and practical with lots of thoughtful touches. Very good security and safe in the ideal location. The rooms are dark and quiet at night with the most comfortable beds and gorgeous linen. The hospitality and service provided by everyone who works there is outstanding! I highly recommend this boutique hotel and would definitely go back and stay for much longer.

This is a hidden gem! If you’re looking for accommodation in Lisbon look no further ! The staff are incredible and the breakfast unforgettable. It’s a cosy elegant feel with lots of cozy spaces to sit and relax . The honesty bar out the back in the garden is a lovely quiet space to relax. I would highly recommend this property.
