I’ve already recommended this boutique hotel to friends in Lisbon who may have visitors needing a place to stay. The owners, management and staff are all so lovely. It feels like family. The homemade foods are excellent. The rooms and common space have a lot of personality. And the location is excellent in that it is close enough to everything, but calm enough to have peace. I’ll be back for sure, and would strongly recommend to anyone needing a comfortable space in Lisbon.

This hotel is such a lovely little spot! It’s definitely the best place we’ve stayed so far in Lisbon, and we’ve been here a dozen times already. It’s in a quiet area, the rooms are super cosy and comfy, just the right size. We really enjoyed the honesty bar, the breakfasts and chatting with the amazing staff, of course. It’s a great place overall, and we’re definitely coming back there in the future.

We stumbled across Toctoctoc whilst researching where to stay in Lisbon. It was our good fortune we booked to stay here with our family as it was absolutely highlight of our trip. Each room has been carefully curated in the most interesting style. The team at Toctoc are extremely attentive, kind and fun. Breakfast was the best we've had including the special brioche croissant loaf, homemade granola, cheeses, homemade jams etc. Freshly baked cake was served every day with refreshing ginger tea on the ground level. We loved the honesty bar in the garden - a unique touch to an already perfectly formed boutique place to stay. Thank you so much to the team and Pascale and Olivier whom we were lucky to meet - oh and of course Polette the golden retriever who was an absolute peach. Thank you so much to you all. We will be back!

The team at Toctoctoc Lisbon Hotel is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed with the offer of tea and cake . The atmosphere is so friendly and warm, yet gentle and relaxed. The rooms are beautiful- decorated to highest standards , spotless, and stocked with all necessary toiletries. The breakfast is fabulous and delicious with home made jams , local honey and fresh bread. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Every single team member goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable at any time. I cannot express how happy and at home I felt during my stay at Toctoctoc , whilst away on a business trip. The honesty bar in the garden of the hotel was also amazing . All the staff were incredibly attentive and supportive from the moment I arrived and made an effort to all know my name and chat politely. They took excellent care of my stay. I also must not forget the golden retriever who really made it feel a home from home 🙂 Well done, Toctoctoc team! You are Awesome 🙌

This place felt like home away from home! Friendly staff, styled and clean rooms, great breakfast, great location, extra service (delicious cake & tea every day), beautiful backyard with a cool bar! And so much eyes on detail and lovely decoration in every corner of this hotel. We totally recommend this beautiful place!

This is a lovely hotel. The decor is charming, everything is very comfortable and they are friendly and accommodating. I always sleep terribly in hotels but I had a restful sleep every night at Toctoctoc. Although I usually don’t bother with hotel breakfasts, even when they’re free, I attended breakfast every morning because the food was pleasant and it was at a reasonable time for someone on holiday (not 6am!). The location is good (on a quiet street next to a main road) and relatively central. There’s an excellent coffee shop across the street and some nice restaurants and shops within a few minutes’ walk. My only regret is that I didn’t see Paulette for the last couple of days of my stay!

We had such a beautiful weekend stay. The hotel feels like a true work of art you can sense how much care, time, and thought has been poured into every detail. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the first moment, always warm and kind. And the breakfast absolutely wonderful.
