Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel

Our stay with the kids was truly enjoyable. The hotel is centrally located in San Blas area, with most attractions just a short walk away. The staff, from the reception to the chef, were exceptional—always going above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and ensure a memorable experience.

Amazing boutique hotel with great service and cozy accommodations! The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large and the beds (and pillows) are comfortable. There’s amazing views of the city in their common area and rooftop. Minor detail but their orange juice at breakfast was the best I’ve ever had! Great location in San Blas neighborhood.

This place has great staff, wonderful views, awesome room amenities and so much more. Reception was so kind. Housekeeping was on it. Everything was spotless. The kitchen staff did their "thing", meaning they prepared wonderful dishes. And we got to taste fruit we had only heard of. The view from the room was great. Beautiful really. The room was fantastic. The water pressure at every sink, the tub and the toilet were great. The toiletries they provided smelled so good. The bed was so comfortable. That blanket in the wardrobe was so warm we slept under it every night. The room as a whole was like a New York apartment except it was cozy. Lastly the 24 hour tea bar with a variety of teas, wonderful. The coca leaf tea is a life saver and sickness can come upon you at any time. Our stay was so safe, quiet and peaceful. When I/we return to Cusco, this is where I/we will stay. |This hotel is amazing.

Highly recommended. Hotel staff are excellent and professional, they took care everything for me. Restaurant’s food was delicious. Staff are also excellent. They pre-pack breakfast for me due to early tour. View is beautiful and hotel decoration is elegant but full of local color.

As a solo traveler, I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay! The staff's exceptional attention to detail and five-star service made me feel completely at home and well-cared for throughout my visit. Whenever I needed anything, from dining recommendations to local tips, they were instantly ready to help with genuine warmth. The hotel's immaculate cleanliness impressed me, and the food was consistently excellent – perfect for enjoying quiet meals after long days exploring. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view over the city and mountains, which provided a peaceful retreat for morning tea or evening relaxation. Oxygen and coca leaf tea provided to help with acclimatisation. An ideal spot for solo travelers seeking both luxury and comfort!

Tocuyeros exceeded our expectations! Hospitality at the highest level.The breakfast was very delicious, the hotel is in a quiet location yet close to everything.Drinking water, coffe, tea are provided non-stop.The beds are very comfortable.The bathroom is very clean, spacious and there is always good hot water.I can only recommend it!!❣️

This is a terrific Hotel. They take good care of everyone who stays there. They were especially helpful when one of us developed altitude sickness. The rooms were very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was delicious. It is in a lovely neighborhood, San Balas and an easy walk to the town center. I would definitely stay here again.

Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel was absolutely amazing. The views from the property are amazing. My wife and I stayed in the San Cristobal room, which was a cozy room. Unfortunately my wife got quite sick due to the altitude, but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as convenient as possible. Breakfast at the restaurant is great and so are the diner options. Would definitely recommend this place!
