Todai-ji Hokkedo (Sangatsudo, March Hall)

A Simple nice place to visit before going to Todai-ji Nigatsu-do

Simplier and smaller than other main temples but still good t go to admite it. Several deers around.

It is a shame that i couldnt take any pics inside but it is quite impressive inside. Of course, you need to be aware that it is just a hall with 5 statues. I would recommend it but even more imposing ones are available at Todai-ji

Pretty expensive tickets for a single hall with a few statues. If you're not much into art, nor do not plan to pray here, I think you can skip. I did enjoy the silence and atmosphere of this place though. You can't take pictures inside.

800 yens for a single room with statues. You can see the golden pavilion for 500. In my opinion not worthy at all. Have 4 mochis instead

Great place in Nara. Not much crowded. Calm and peaceful.

A little ways away from the main temple but still worth a trip. It also contains a unique goshuin to collect, but requires separate tickets to enter.
