Toile Blanche

We originally visited La Toile Blanche some years ago. It was wonderful then, but now it is even more wonderful! We had the most incredible stay in the most beautiful room with its own pool, covered terrace and private garden. Everything was so tastefully curated and every detail carefully thought of. Soothing colours, enormous comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom with a lovely big shower and bath.|The grounds have 3 pools, 2 restaurants and are planted exquisitely with mediterranean herbs and plants cascading over the stone paths. Contemporary sculptures punctuate the gardens perfectly.|We ate the most delicious food, drank cocktails under the olive trees and played boules as the sun went down over the nearby town of St Paul de Vence.|We were staying as part of our honeymoon. We will remember this very special stay always. Thank you La Toile Blanca.

This is wonderful little hotel tucked on the hillside. The rooms are wonderfully done, offering style and substance, not always an easy feat. There are casual activities, and the grounds feel like a mini resort. The hostess will make sure to remember who you are as she makes her rounds throughout the day, and she will check in with everyone to ensure their stay is going well. She even got us a last minute reservation at the hotel’s dinner restaurant, not to be missed!

A great stay overall. A visually pleasing property, our room was comfortable and nicely furnished (I enjoyed having a small kitchenette with a fridge). Dinner at the on-site restaurant was phenomenal. There is also a separate lunch restaurant with a more limited menu and an absolutely beautiful setting, which we didn’t have a chance to try.||Our only complaint was that the reception is hard to reach (there are no phones in the room, so you need to text individual members of the staff but they weren’t very responsive). Also, there are three swimming pools at the property but all three were full during the day and we couldn’t find a single sun bed available. Both of these issues are easily solvable so hopefully can be fixed - otherwise, we loved our stay here!

We loved our stay at the hotel.|It consists of suites in small buildings scattered in a beautiful landscaped big area.|The suites are very comfortable.|We booked junior suites and were upgraded to bigger ones.|From every window you see beautiful views.|It is quiet you can hear the birds chirping all around, yet it is a few |minutes drive from Saint Paul de Vence and fifteen minutes drive from Nice Airport.|We had breakfast and dinner at their restaurant. Both were very good.| We would love to come back.

I checked in last night for 4 nights and already extended an extra 3. This place is magical! The grounds and views are stunning. The rooms are luxurious. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We arrived late and they had a delicious cheese and charcuterie board waiting in our room for us. The food at the tapas restaurant is delicious. I’m excited to try the main restaurant for dinner. Absolute paradise!

We had a pleasant stay. What’s important to me is that the hotel is clean, and it definitely was. On top of that, it’s a beautiful and charming place. Make sure to visit the restaurant as well (the seafood was delicious). We’ll definitely be returning!

The superb cuisine was only surpassed by the hospitality of the dining staff. And even that fell short of the exquisite art collection throughout the contemporary grounds. Try the scallops and enjoy a stroll. Picasso would have lingered here and so should you.
